"Christianity's complicity in violence as an exclusive monotheistic religion is widely prevalent in the deuterocanonical books of the Old Testament. Whether as a singular “God” against the “others" or as a totality and the only “true God", Christianity abhors, reviles, rejects and ejects whatever it defines as outside its compass.
In my youngest years I went to Catholic school, and as a left-handed child I was beaten and chastised daily by the nuns who "taught" us the evils of the left-hand path. Any "faith" that would condone the beating and rejection of a child for their unchosen hand dominance, gender identity or sexual preference is one to be greatly feared and abandoned.
The Christian faith is inherently violent and hedges itsell upon rigid terms to control through punishment, fear and damnation. This composition is dedicated to demonstrating the violence veiled in beauty of Christianity, and the true hidden brutalities of the faith and its writings."
