Death, Thrash metal band with a pinch of Crust on the sides, hailing from Lithuania, Kaunas gives you their debut album. This is more of an experimental album, the band is still searching for a definitive sound. Every song has something different to offer.

The music is targeted at a wide variety of misfit people, you can hear aggressive and fast paced thrash riffs, face melting death metal riffs and for more melodic, inspiring parts there's some crustpunkish riffs.

Lyrical themes in this album vary a lot. From Lovecraftian horror (cosmic horror) themes to psychological illnesses, depression, addictions and introspection as well as observation and deduction of others behavior.

First impressions of 'Throne' by Feannag

"Thick, chunky, Scottish blackened death metal. Tempo's change dramatically with each song but your punishment remains merciless and extreme whatever the speed, although much of the album is mid to fast -paced giving Throne elements of doom/death here and there. It's a murderously brutal album without relying on layers of murk to make it sound oppressive giving the album a triumphant atmosphere as if blood has just been spilled and Feannag has done the spilling!
