When I thought I have listened all, here come Adcock and Bell to prove me wrong. On this recording they show us extreme experimentation with sounds and phrases using instruments like piano, accordion, harmonica and also shakuhachi, khene, pi saw and other strange ones. Here we have the ultimate experimentation going from melodies to the most atmospheric passages where Bell plays the khenes with a softer touch. The use of multiple instrumentation add a lot of colours to the listener´s mind that is constantly defiedwith new phrases and sounds. The improvisations here are well constructed and they don´t seem chaotic at all as sometimes happens. Most of the tarcks have an eerie atmosphere that I think is due to the use of this winds instruments. For lovers of new sounds!
