Brazilian Melodic Death Metal Group Eldermoon have released their new single, the title track taken from their forthcoming album Egregora, set to be released on July 30th, 2024 via Sliptrick Records.

Here's what the band had to say about the song and how it fits in the storyline of the album; "Humanity can hardly resist the great war for resources, it finds itself in a great landscape of destruction, with all its progress and structures lost. Seeing the possibility of total extinction, the thoughts of the remaining human beings are now fiercely torn between life and death. The Moon asks the Earth if these beings are still capable of redemption and of changing their ways."

Eternal Drak Announces New Single "Soul Of Hate" - Set to Release May 17th, 2024

Eternal Drak, the black thrash metal beast from Quebec, Canada, are about to come out with their single "Soul Of Hate" on May 17, 2024!

"Soul Of Hate" is a mix of the sounds of Watain, Kreator, and Motorhead among others. The trio brings in blistering riffs, furious vocals and persistent aggression their music is an authentic, blunt and uncompromising expression of darkness and rebellion.

The song, "Soul Of Hate," allows the fans to understand the band´s musical nature with its thrash riffing, battering drumming and venomous vocals. This is a black thrash metal anthem that just shows a small part of what the band's fifth full-length album will sound like.

"This song is just a bite of what will be included into the 5th Long Play of Eternal Drak," they continues to reveal. "The song will be a tribute to the five-year anniversary of our Warhammer’s co-founding."

Birthed in Quebec, Canada, Eternal Drak has been a propelling force in the black thrash metal arena since their inception. With a sound that goes back to the foundation of the genre and builds on it at the same time, Eternal Drak has acquired a reputation for having outstanding live performances and a strong work ethic.

It took 5 years of hard work, 4 different recording studios, countless hours of rehearsing and refining what was born in musical and lyrical terms, but at the end "Emisferi", the fifth and new album by EVA CAN'T, out on September 20th, is starting to be an incredible reality.

Imagined as a journey from pole to pole on an uninhabited planet whose stylistic coordinates range from Post-Metal to Post Rock up to Progressive and modern Black Metal moments, "Emisferi" has its musical roots in a style close to great groups like Alcest, Explosions In The Sky, Agalloch and Cult of Luna but also the sophisticated and evocative art of Devil Doll.

Simone Lanzoni, guitarist and singer of the band, presents it to us: "The album is an ambitious work that I hope will leave an indelible mark on all those who listen to it as it has left on us. "Emisferi" is a concept album, an emotional and physical journey that is made up of 4 parts, two sections (Southern and Northern Hemisphere) and each in two further subsections (land and water). Each of them was recorded with different techniques and in different places (BRB Studio, Vacuum Studio, Fallout Studio and an isolated house on the hills of Bologna) and each with its own specific and refined sound. It was an incredible journey, hard but extremely satisfying from a personal, artistic and emotional point of view. We are really happy with it and can't wait to present you the precious fruit of our work".

“Notre Tombeau Grand Ouvert” is the first album by Anges de la Mort. After a first eponymous EP released under the banner of Productions Hérétiques in 2019, the Montreal duo presents their first opus in eight tracks, which will be released on cassette in June 2024 under the banner of Productions Oubliettes.

A crusade against toxic modern Western humanity, against sterile and soulless art and music, against the sanitized sound of an era in which man is declining. Defending authentic, real and living music, using real riffs and the dark and melodic signature of black metal, played with the guts by humans, not by machines.

A musical approach thus embodying the texts, spitting in the language of Molière against a world where spirits are sifted, where concrete penetrates our skins, the venom of a gray and cold snake which poisons our roots, disconnected from our mother Earth, screaming in front of his wide open tomb.
