BENEATH THE VOID RELEASE "... INTO OBLIVION"

PRESS RELEASE:

The band was founded by former drummer Khrul (drums, Funebre, Nocrul, Skullthrone, etc.) in 2007 under the name Kill With Hate. Tamás Meilinger (bass guitar) and Ákos Olt (guitar, ex-Archaic), and Márton Hartvig (guitar) joined in 2007.

Things started to pick up in 2008 when Hungarian underground veteran Krisztián Gyémánt joined on vocals.

In 2009 the band recorded their debut EP Evolution of the Beast, and it was released in 2010 after Khrul was replaced by Bence Turcsák. The EP had good reception in the Hungarian underground.

In 2011 Tamás Meilenger left the band and was replaced by Patrik Pornói who also joined on vocals. Around this time the band was working on their first full-length album. The recording started in 2012 in No Silence Sound studio in Gyula.

In 2013 the album was released self-published in Hungary and by Canadian PRC records internationally.

In 2015 Márton Hartvig left the band but contributed a final song to the EP Grief called “Fuck Humans”. He was replaced by an Underground veteran Attila Kovács (Sear Bliss, ex-Watch My Dying, ex-Superbutt).

The band started working on their follow-up LP …Into Oblivion in late 2016. After many years of delays the band decided that the new sound of the material needs a more suiting name, so in 2021 the album was release under the new name Beneath The Void. The new LP and the new name also brought changes in line-up. After 6 years of working together Attila Kovács decided to leave the band. He was replaced by Tibor Szokán (ex-Symmetry of the Void).

Beneath the void:

Krisztián gyémánt – vocals, Patrik Pornói – bass, vocals, Ákos Olt – Guitar Tibor Szokán – Guitar, Bence Turcsák – drums.

THE BAND REPENT RELEASE "UNBREACHABLE" TRACK

PRESS RELEASE:

"The song Unbreachable is a Biblical story of utter destruction, where the ancient fortress of Jericho was surrounded by the Israeli army for seven days. Upon the seventh day the Israeli army shouted at the walls of the fortress, causing them to collapse. They entered the city and killed every one of the inhabitants. This song is represented through the eyes of the citizens of Jericho." - Jeremy Amack

Listen to the new single "Unbreachable" below!

'The Band Repent' is a high energy thrash metal band from Casper, Wyoming. The band was officially formed August 1, 2019 when guitarist/vocalist Jeremy Amack and drummer Shawn Hill held their first practice. A few months later the duo was playing their first show. Next, the pair went straight to the studio and tracked their first single, '1,000 Years'. The song was tracked by Marc Felten and mixed/mastered by Kevin George. After the show and the release of their debut song guitarist Steve Thomas joined the band in early December 2019. The band quickly began rehearsal as a three piece and played another show to their biggest crowd yet! Next, after trying out a few bassists, the band recruited Joe Rodriguez in February 2020.

They are now playing as many shows as possible as they write more singles and track their debut EP " WRITTEN IN BLOOD "

The band has grown so fast in such a short period of time with their rapidly expanding social media presence as well as promoting their single '1,000 Years' which at the time of this writing has been spun on 60+ radio stations around the world!

With COVID halting several of their shows, the band went into the studio again to track 'WAR', which released January 23, 2021 to massive fan fare. The band recorded and mixed this song themselves with Aaron Hanson mastering the single.

With an EP coming out in early 2021 'The Band Repent' is now focused on touring opportunities, radio station airplay, record label interest, and world wide success.

ASHEN HORDE RELEASE NEW SINGLE "ARCHAIC CONVICTIONS"

PRESS RELEASE:

Progressive black/death metal band Ashen Horde has released a new standalone single, "Archaic Convictions". The single is a tie-in to a new fantasy novel, "City of Iron and Dust" by J.P. Oakes.

Says Ashen Horde founder Trevor Portz, "J.P. had heard about our collaboration with Markisan Naso on his story "To Mega Therion," (resulting in the limited cassette release, "Black Curse"), and asked if we'd be interested in doing something for his novel. After reading a synopsis of the story, in which the fae seek to rebel against their goblin oppressors over one long bloody night, we knew it had to happen.”

"Archaic Convictions" delves into the struggles of those fighting against oppression and tyranny in any form, the central theme of the novel. Written by Portz, the song contains all the elements Ashen Horde is known for: technical riffs rooted in black and death metal, but stretching beyond either; brutal-yet-emotional vocals from Stevie Boiser (Inferi, Equipoise); controlled chaos drumming from Robin Stone (Norse, Virulent Depravity), and prog-inspired bass via Igor Panasewicz. The artwork for the single was done by the insanely talented Jonathan La Mantia (jonathanlamantia.com).

“We hoped to capture the essence of the novel in four minutes of metal insanity, and I’m pretty confident we did it” notes Portz.

Ashen Horde was formed in 2013 by Portz, and the band has released three full-length albums and a number of singles and EPs since then. Their most recent album, “Fallen Cathedrals,” was released by Extreme Metal Music in 2019 and received widespread critical acclaim.

"Archaic Convictions" is available on all major digital platforms, as well as on Ashen Horde's Bandcamp page (http://ashenhorde.bandcamp.com). The band recently signed to Transcending Obscurity Records, with their fourth full-length album slated for release in 2022.

“City of Iron and Dust” is available digitally and in print wherever books are sold, courtesy of Titan Books.

SUMMONER´S CIRCLE RELEASE VIDEO FOR "CHAOS VECTOR"

PRESS RELEASE:

Summoner's Circle’s third full-length album “Chaos Vector” is being released this year and they have left no detail out. Accompanying the album is a Lovecraft-style cosmic horror short story written by the band where each chapter correlates to a song. This story marks a new chapter in The Lore of The Six and sets a foundation for them conceptually moving forward. The first single off this release is the title track.

The single was intentionally written as a shorter song because they needed an extra short song for their set on the 2019 Hexed Tour with Children of Bodom. It was well-received on tour and they felt the chaotic nature and strong hook made it an obvious choice as the first single for the album. They continue to explain:

“Given the worldly turmoil of 2020, Chaos Vector seemed apropos to choose as the title track of the album. The drums for this song were originally written by Yanic Bercier of Gone in April and Quo Vadis and were performed on this album by our current drummer, Invictus, who still performs the original Bercier beats. Yanic also appears in the music video as the drummer for this song. Chaos Vector tells the story of a man who has been driven mad through his practices in the occult. And while he tries tirelessly to warn others of the impending doom he wrought upon this world; he is only perceived as a madman sounding off.”

This album was conceived over two years ago, but the global turmoil slowed down its creation. Now that it is ready for release, the band couldn’t be happier with how it turned out. They are eager to share with fans their love of storytelling and cosmic horror in a concept album that vocalist Blind has been percolating since their formation in 2015. They say that they have scratched every creative itch with this record, and hope fans get the same satisfaction from it.

Dark and haunting, Summoner’s Circle is recommended for fans of Dimmu Borgir, Behemoth and Immortal.

The music video for the album title track and first single “Chaos Vector” can be viewed via its premiere on NoCleanSinging HERE

“Chaos Vector” was recorded by Yanic Bercier at Wavetransform Studios in Knoxville, USA and will be released by Blood Blast Distribution, powered by Nuclear Blast on August 27th, 2021.

MOTHMAN AND THE THUNDERBIRDS RELEASE "INTO THE INSTRUMENTALS" EP

PRESS RELEASE:

Artist: Mothman and The Thunderbirds

Album: Into the Instrumentals (EP)

Genre: Progressive Sludge Metal, Progressive Rock

Location: Philadelphia, PA, USA

Release Date: August 3rd, 2021

FFO: Mastodon, Devin Townsend, Candy Claws

Into the Instrumentals is a reimagined selection of songs from the Mothman and The Thunderbirds’ debut album Into the Hollow. Rather than simply releasing an instrumental version of the whole album, project frontman Alex Parkinson wanted the EP to be a unique listening experience. Hearing the tracks “Cloud Giant” and “Hollow Sun” without vocals will allow

the listener to lose themselves in ethereal bliss, while the instrumental versions of “Agarthan Riders” and “Nomad” further solidify those tracks as absolute riff factories. It’s not all about instrumentals of course; the song “Squonk” has been stripped of its instrumentation to highlight those massive vocal harmonies.

Mothman and The Thunderbirds’ new EP Into the Instrumentals will be available on all streaming platforms on August 3rd, with digital copies available on Bandcamp for just $1.

Speaking on the origins of the project, Alex had this to say: "The band name was inspired by a binge-watch session of the beloved program Ancient Aliens. In one of the episodes, a host posited that the Mothman may be a Thunderbird. I thought to myself, ‘hey, Mothman and The Thunderbirds would be a really dumb, but great, band name,’ and the rest was history!"
