"Global Dominion" marks the most mature chapter in the band’s history. It is where everything finally locks into place: grindcore violence, hardcore urgency, death metal weight and sharp black metal edges fused into a modern sound that never betrays its old-school DNA. No nostalgia trip, no trend-chasing—just experience, control, and intent.
The record is built on contrast: precision versus chaos, speed versus crushing mid-tempos, modern production versus a raw, uncompromising attitude. Every track serves a purpose, every riff hits with direction. This is a band that knows exactly who it is and has nothing left to prove.
Lyrically and conceptually, the album is both a denunciation and a reflection. "Global Dominion" is the core statement: a ruthless look at power, control, and submission in contemporary society, but also a mirror held up to human nature itself. This is not abstract politics, it’s about systems we live in, benefit from, and are crushed by at the same time.

Formed in late 1991, UNDERTAKERS are among the longest-running and most uncompromising bands of the Italian extreme underground.
Over the decades, they have shared the stage with an insane number of international acts, including Napalm Death, Suffocation, Malevolent Creation, Vader, Cannibal Corpse, Vital Remains, Fuzztones, Sinister, Dog Eat Dog, Krabathor, Disgorge, Pandemia, Ryker’s and many more far too many to list properly.
The band has completed three European tours and appeared multiple times at major festivals such as Brutal Assault and Dynamo Open Air, building a solid reputation as a relentless and unforgiving live act.
Originally rooted in classic death metal, UNDERTAKERS have constantly evolved their sound into a violent and unmistakable mix of grindcore, brutal death metal and hardcore. The result is a raw and aggressive hybrid best described as pure brutal-core.
UNDERTAKERS were personally selected by 99 Posse as representatives of the Italian extreme scene for a BMG-promoted tribute project celebrating ten years of activity of the Neapolitan collective. This collaboration resulted in a grindcore reworking of the iconic track “Ripetutamente”, a crossover experiment that perfectly reflects the band’s anarchic and uncompromising attitude.
Throughout their career, the band has appeared on numerous compilations, released a 7” produced by Kick Promotion, and featured on Rock TV with performances on Database, Sala Prove and Rock TV Tour.
Their discography includes the split “Chaos in Musica” (Massacro Records) and the experimental release “Revision Distortion X-Version” (Nocturnal Music), an electronic reinterpretation of "Vision Distortion Perversion" blending grind, jungle and techno—clear proof that UNDERTAKERS have never played it safe.
In 2020, the band returned with “Dictatorial Democracy”, released on October 30th by Time To Kill Records in three ultra-limited vinyl editions. The album is a brutal summary of the band’s entire career, featuring new and classic tracks alongside two essential covers: “Fascist Pig” (Suicidal Tendencies) and the grind version of “Ripetutamente”.
In 2024, UNDERTAKERS released a split 7” with Plakkaggio, delivering a death metal reinterpretation of the punk classic “Pet Sematary” by the Ramones once again twisting icons into something far more extreme.

With Repulsion, Dead Sleep lean further into their raw, old-school roots while pushing their sound into darker and more personal territory. The EP draws on the energy of classic thrash and early extreme metal, but keeps things stripped down, urgent, and unpolished in the best possible way.
Lyrically, the new material shifts focus. As bassist and vocalist Anna Wagner explains, the songs revolve around themes of power, motherhood, and society’s long-standing fear of women who step outside imposed roles. Figures like Lilith and other historical or mythical women serve as a loose thread throughout the EP - symbols of defiance, rejection, and resilience.
“Repulsion” itself stands at the core of the release - a track that captures both the aggression and the more layered side of the band’s current direction.
Recorded at Sunnanå Studios in Malmö by Markus Nilsson and featuring artwork by Bartosz Nalezinski, the EP also marks a new phase for Dead Sleep as a tighter, more direct trio. The stripped-back lineup brings a sharper, heavier sound, with more space for each element to hit harder.
Formed in Malmö, Dead Sleep have always done things their own way - blending punk energy, old-school thrash, and a refusal to fully belong to any one scene. Loud, raw, and unapologetic, they continue to build their identity on instinct rather than rules.

SAĦĦAR began as the brainchild of Marton Saliba, with the aim of creating harsh and extreme music rooted in black metal. From the outset, the project has balanced raw, blast-beat-driven tracks with more mid-tempo material enriched by synths and samples, often blending these elements together. Most of the lyrics are written in Maltese, SAĦĦAR’s native language. The first demo, "Genesis of Demise", followed a year later by the album "Maġija Sewda", gained attention both locally and within the wider underground scene during the MySpace era.
Following the well-received split "Thine Triumphant Death" and a subsequent album that was never officially released, SAĦĦAR entered an indefinite hiatus. The project returned in 2013 with renewed intensity through the EP "Mera Mkissra", showcasing a stronger focus on folklore elements, mid-tempo pacing, and synth-heavy arrangements. From then on, SAĦĦAR maintained a steady output, releasing an average of one EP or album per year until 2020, when the pandemic brought activities to a halt—though writing and studio work continued in preparation for future releases.
The release of the 2015 album "Kruha u Kefrija" also marked SAĦĦAR’s live debut, leading to performances supporting acts such as Destroyer 666, black metal legends Mayhem, and industrial outfit Gothminister. During the pandemic, SAĦĦAR remained active by contributing to online events, including Metal Injection’s "Slayathome" series and the Grimfest online festival.
In early 2020, SAĦĦAR was nominated at the Malta Music Awards in both the “Metal” and “Album in Maltese” categories for "Qilla tal-Qrun", which was well received within the scene. In late 2022, the project embarked on its first tour with a live lineup, spanning nine consecutive days across four countries (Hungary, Slovakia, Bulgaria, and Romania), marking an important step forward in its live evolution.
SAĦĦAR’s sound can be described as “ruinous” black metal—combining grand, larger-than-life symphonic elements with minimal, almost doom-like riffs, as well as intense tremolo-driven passages and ambient, synth-based compositions. This wide-ranging approach is reflected in a discography of over 100 songs. Lyrical themes range from occult and folklore-inspired narratives to death, misanthropic catastrophes, and occasional critiques of organized religion.

Lago is a Phoenix Arizona ‑ based death metal band formed in 2010 and known for blending oppressive atmosphere with precise, punishing riffcraft.
The band first emerged with the Marianas EP in 2010 before solidifying their lineup and sound through lineup changes in the early 2010s. Lago’s debut full‑length Tyranny arrived in 2014 followed by the darker and more expansive Sea of Duress in 2018 on Unique Leader Records.
After weathering years of turbulence, the band signed with Everlasting Spew Records in 2025 and began working on a new album and signaling a renewed era. From the underground depths of Trier, ROTTEN SOIL unleash a savage tribute to the glory days of death metal - filthy, furious, and forged in the spirit of the early ’90s Swedish scene. Since their formation in 2020, the band has been on a relentless mission: no trends, no compromises - just pure, chainsaw-driven brutality. The band’s lineup features Kring (vocal & drums on the album), Svenom (guitars), S.K. (bass), and Sepp (drums), forming a unit that delivers both raw intensity in the studio and crushing power on stage.
In 2022, the German band released well received by listeners and media, debut album titled "From Beyond the Grave". Now, ROTTEN SOIL return with new studio albim "I Worship Death" which is an eleven-track onslaught of relentless riffs, thunderous drums, and venomous vocals. Written and recorded by the band themselves, the album embodies uncompromising death metal at its core, including a crushing Dismember cover of “Casket Garden.”
Music for the newest record was mixed and mastered by Fredrik Nordström at the legendary Studio Fredman (At The Gates, Dimmu Borgir, In Flames) in Sweden. ERSEDU, a Ukrainian cinematic symphonic death metal project, will release their conceptual EP “GORE” on May 19, 2026.
“GORE” is the first chapter of a planned series dedicated to colors, beginning with red - the first color perceived by the human eye and one of the earliest used in human art and rituals.
The EP explores red as a multifaceted symbolic system: death and sacrifice, blood and life, pain, passion, and love. These states intertwine in a dark, heavy, and emotionally charged space. The music is grim and atmospheric, filled with cinematic tension, dramatic contrast, and narrative depth. Each track stands as an independent story with its own emotional identity.

Musically, ERSEDU blends powerful orchestral arrangements with extreme metal to create a dark, narrative-driven, and cinematic sound. Influences include Septicflesh, Dimmu Borgir, Devin Townsend as well as Hollywood composers Alan Silvestri, Jerry Goldsmith, and Howard Shore.
The production was mixed and mastered at Fascination Street Studios (Amon Amarth, Arch Enemy, Opeth, among others).
In addition to the music, ERSEDU presents a self-created visual artbook that expands the EP’s universe. Filled with hidden details, Easter eggs, and symbolic imagery, each track is represented by its own characters and motifs.
The project’s mascot is an archetypal figure interpretable as Mother Nature.
Creation of “GORE” took four years instead of the planned one. The ongoing war in Ukraine profoundly shaped the process and infused the release with raw, grim intensity - making the color red feel especially personal and visceral.

ACERBIC, the searing death-thrash powerhouse from Olympia, Washington, has officially unleashed their debut EP, Abhorrent Atrocities Against All Humankind , available now. Fusing relentless aggression with melodic darkness, ACERBIC delivers six devastating tracks built to wreck speakers and satisfy fans of Carcass , At The Gates , and Power Trip .
Founded in 2013 as a solo project by guitarist Chris Thompson, ACERBIC has evolved into a full-force unit featuring Gabriel Glandon on vocals, Xander Provencher on bass, Chris Hannan on drums, and Thompson holding down guitar duties. Drawing from old-school death metal grit and razor-sharp melodic precision, the band’s sound blends vicious riffing, menacing grooves, and dark, haunting leads into a crushing sonic assault.
The band first turned heads with their 2023 demo, featuring session drums by Dirk Verbeuren and blistering leads from Kragen Lum on “Despondent.” International features in Slowly We Rot magazine in Romania and Guts N Blood Records’ Rotten Pages #8 compilation in Peru laid the groundwork for the current lineup and the creation of this ferocious debut EP.
Recorded in August 2025 at Elektriccity Recording in Portland, Oregon, and mixed and mastered by Charlie Koryn in late 2025, Abhorrent Atrocities Against All Humankind captures ACERBIC at peak intensity. Gabriel’s guttural lows and piercing highs tear through the mix, backed by Hannan’s relentless drumming and Provencher’s six-string bass lines that weave seamlessly with Thompson’s razor-wire riffs. It is a front-to-back barrage with no filler and no apologies.
The lead single “Shallow Grave” arrives with a striking music video produced by J. Donovan Malley , while the EP’s hand-painted cover art by Matt Stikker visually embodies the record’s bleak intensity.

Rising from the fog and smog of Northern Italy the band Gravery emerged to set a new standard in violent and straight forward aggressiveness.
The outfit formed in November 2023 immediately started to write no compromise tracks addressing uncomfortable topics such as the analysis of the destructive potential of the human mind.
Gravery decided to use a rough, direct and disturbing sound to outline these themes giving birth to 6 songs that hit straight in the stomach and leaves the listener breathless and further stunned by the aggressiveness of the low tones and the merciless breakdowns leaving no room for interpretation as can be easily understood from the title chosen by the band: Everything that is Born must Die.
The EP was recorded in Autumn 2023 at the MK2 Recordings Studio by Davide Billia (Antropofagus, Hour of Penance), the mixing was delivered by Steph “Orkid” Santi (Lacuna Coil, Lvcifyer) at the SPVN Studios, and the mastering was provided by Chris Whited (Bodysnatcher, Traitors) at the 1776 Recordings Studio assuring to this malevolent masterpiece a dose of pure adrenaline fear.
After releasing 2 single videos Gravery signed with UPSTATE RECORDS USA (Fury of Five, Subzero, Freya, Brick by Brick, These Streets, Gloves Off among others) and their debut EP was released worldwide on August 9th 2024 and premiered on Decibel Magazine. The distribution was provided by Bloodblast/Nuclear Blast.
Gravery’s first EP didn’t go unnoticed and ended up to make his debut at #18 of the NACC Top 30 Heavy Chart USA together with bands such as Lamb of God, Speed, Fit for an Autopsy and more.
This achievement convinced Upstate Records to release a new single “My Own Graveyard” on December 20th 2024 which was also distributed by Bloodblast/Nuclearblast followed by another single video “A Fetish For The Graves” which was released on May 16th 2025.

Formed in March 1988 in Asti, northern Italy, CRIPPLE BASTARDS are one of the longest-running and most respected names in extreme underground music. What began as a raw collaboration between teenage misfits Giulio the Bastard and Alberto the Crippler quickly evolved into something far greater: a project rooted in the legacy of Italian hardcore acts like Negazione, Raw Power and Wretched, but pushed to new extremes through the emerging language of grindcore and noisecore.
After building a fierce reputation through demos, splits, and relentless DIY activity in the late ’80s and early ’90s, the band achieved global cult status, so much so that not knowing them almost feels like having lived under a rock. Their legacy is ultimately defined by a series of uncompromising full-length albums that shaped their identity and influence across decades.
Their debut album "Your Lies in Check" (1996) marked their official arrival on the international stage, followed by the highly acclaimed "Misantropo a senso unico" (2000), which further refined their bleak, nihilistic vision. The final breakthrough came with "Desperately Insensitive" (2003): widely distributed and repeatedly repressed, it became their best-selling record, surpassing 10,000 copies - an exceptional achievement in the grindcore world.
The band continued to evolve with "Variante alla morte" (2008), recorded in Sweden’s famed Studio Fredman, and "Frammenti di vita" (2010), a release that pays tribute to the Italian hardcore roots that inspired them. A major milestone followed with their signing to Relapse Records, which released "Nero in metastasi" (2014), a mature and devastating work that expanded their global reach even further. Their seventh full-length, "La fine cresce da dentro" (2018), confirmed a band still pushing forward creatively after three decades.

The Murder Trend is a full-scale concept album that descends into abuse, trauma, revenge, and inherited madness. Agarwaen is an Asylum Metal band from Finland, originally founded in 2006 by Anthony Hodju while he was still the band’s guitarist. At first, the band was known as Shathanas, releasing the EP ”The End of the Santa” that same year. Later in 2006, the name was changed to Agarwaen, under which they released their first EP ”Vrykolakas” in 2010—only to disband soon afterwards.
After a nine-year hiatus, Hodju revived the project and began work on the first full-length album ”Dottore I”, joined by session musicians such as Mika Lumijärvi (drums & synths, Voidfallen) and Edward Torchia (vocals, Torchia). The album was met with positive reviews and was even chosen as Album of the Year by the American metal station Metal Nation.
Following the release, Hodju assembled a new lineup for live shows and began work on the next album, ”Channel: Lunacy” (2023). Just two days before the vocal recordings, Hodju switched from guitar to vocals after the band’s current session vocalist proved unreliable.
Agarwaen then hit the road heavily in Finland, toured in Europe in 2024 and played at TUSKA festival the same year. The band went through a few more lineup changes before settling into the solid formation they have today.
In 2025, the band returned to the studio to record the LP ”The Murder Trend” and the EP ”Arena of Retribution”, produced by Emma Award–winning Teemu Aalto (Insomnium, Omnium Gatherum) and mastered by multiple Grammy winner Svante Forsbäck (Rammstein, Nightwish).
Looking ahead, Agarwaen has already started composing two upcoming albums—”Cocaine Cock” and ”Gypsy Wagon” (working titles). One is set to be an ambitious fusion of Gypsy Jazz and Asylum Metal, while the other explores a lunatic mix of ’90s industrial metal (Rammstein, The Prodigy), ’80s horror synthwave, and modern metal.
Agarwaen offers wild, crazy soundscapes with catchy riffs and stunning atmospheres. The gigs are like a scene from a mental asylum horror movie! The band is an oddball that mixes all kinds of different metal styles into one frantic and lunatic music!

NECROCCULTUS was formed in 2003 as a five-piece band consisting of César (guitar), Omar (bass), Chago (guitar), Daniel (drums), and Isaías (growls). During the following three years, this original line-up recorded several releases, including the brutal full-length “Encircling The Mysterious Necrorevelation” (2005) for Sempiternal Productions (US), a 7” EP for Blood Harvest Records (Sweden), a three-way split CD with Sanctifier and Throneum on Warfuck Records (Colombia), and a split LP with Shub-Niggurath released by Iron Bonehead Productions (Germany).
Between 2006 and 2009, the band went through a series of line-up changes while continuing to perform live. Among their most notable appearances was “Glorifying the Great Beast” in 2009, where they shared the stage in Berlin, Germany, with bands such as Necros Christos, Kaamos, Graveyard, and others.
In 2012, NECROCCULTUS recorded another 12” EP, “Solemnelohim, Bringer Of Death”, once again released via Blood Harvest Records. Further line-up changes followed, and in 2020 the band unleashed the demo “Unburied Hellish Presences”, released by the Italian label Unholy Domain Records. Shortly after, due to the global pandemic, the band disbanded.
In 2024, founding member Isaías H. reactivated NECROCCULTUS alongside a new line-up: Roel (guitar), Néstor (bass), Alex (guitar), Dante (drums), and Isaías (growls). After performing several live shows, the band entered the studio between July and October 2025 to record their new abominable full-length, “The Afterdeath Blackness”, featuring eight tracks of bestial, unholy death metal.

Danish metal act AVARICE return with their second full-length album “Perpetual Ruin”, released via Mighty Music. The album delivers ten crushing tracks exploring humanity’s endless cycle of rise, failure, and collapse.
Blending classic death and thrash metal with elements of hardcore and melodic death metal, Avarice present a sound that is both brutal and dynamic. Razor-sharp riffs, crushing rhythms, and relentless intensity drive the record forward, while the lyrics draw on themes of antiquity, morality, punishment, and the darker impulses of human nature.
“Perpetual Ruin” follows the band’s self-titled album “Avarice” (2023), which marked a defining step forward and received strong acclaim from both fans and critics, firmly re-establishing the band within the Danish metal scene. The record was produced, mixed and mastered by Chris Kreutzfeldt, known for his work with Cabal, Møl and Ghost Iris, among others.

Originally formed in 2006, Avarice built a reputation through energetic live shows and festival appearances alongside international metal acts and leading Danish bands. Rockshots Records proudly announces the release of Horror Vacui, the new full‑length album from Italian melodic death metal force Karmian, available March 20th. A concept record rooted in true events, “Horror Vacui” marks the band’s most ambitious, introspective, and emotionally charged work to date, a descent into the psychological and existential void behind real acts of murder and moral collapse.

Recorded, mixed, and mastered at Audiocore Studio by Luca Cocconi and Simone Sighinolfi, the nine tracks on “Horror Vacui” transform true Italian crime cases into harrowing portraits of human fragility, alienation, and the emptiness that breeds violence. Vocalist and lyricist Andrea Bertolazzi approached each story not to sensationalize, but to expose the void beneath the brutality. As he explains:
“We didn’t want to glorify horror; we wanted to expose its roots. This record is about the emptiness that breeds violence, and the fragile humanity that hides beneath.”
From the tragic collapse of nurse Sonya Caleffi to the cult‑like spiral of the Beasts of Satan, from the myth‑shrouded Alleghe murders to the disturbing obsessions of Marco Mariolini and Gianfranco Stevanin, each track becomes a psychological study rendered through Karmian’s signature blend of aggression, melody, and narrative depth.
With “Horror Vacui,” Karmian pushes their sound further than ever. The album fuses Swedish‑influenced melodic death metal with cinematic tension, intricate arrangements, and a raw, live‑driven production approach. Every instrument was recorded acoustically without studio trickery, preserving the band’s trademark authenticity.
“It’s our most mature and intense work to date, melodic death metal meets cinematic tension, raw energy, and psychological storytelling. We wanted the album to leave a lingering sense of inner unease, a discomfort that wounds, but is also exorcised through the act of listening,” adds the band.

Originating from Modena, Italy, Karmian stands as one of the most consistent and distinctive voices in Italian melodic death metal, forging a sound that blends raw aggression, melodic nuance, and strong conceptual depth. Their music draws from the sharp-edged intensity of the Swedish tradition while embodying a uniquely Italian sense of drama, history, and emotional resonance.
The band’s earliest incarnation dates back to 2005, when founders Andrea Baraldi, Mauro Leone, and Nicholas Badiali formed a project under the name When the Storm Broke. Though the group disbanded in 2009 after several lineup changes, the experience laid the foundations for what would later become Karmian. In 2011, the founding members revived the project with the addition of vocalist Andrea Bertolazzi, giving rise to the definitive identity of the band and solidifying their path within melodic death metal.
Karmian debuted in 2012 with the EP “Ways of Death”, a conceptual release exploring psychological decline and the “ways of death” – themes that would become central to the band’s artistic identity.
