Heavy outfit HORNED WOLF are set to release their new music video for "Become Like They Are" on January 14th, 2022. Producing a dynamic and diverse sound, HORNED WOLF draws inspiration from the likes of IN FLAMES to KATE BUSH, and ALICE IN CHAINS to LORNA SHORE, and BLACK SABBATH. The quintet share a positive message of inclusivity through their music, HORNED WOLF is made up of gay, straight, and non binary members. The new single lands ahead of their upcoming full length album due for release later in 2022. "Become Like They Are" packs a punch with driving rhythms, powerful harsh vocals and soaring cleans. Playing with dynamics, HORNED WOLF combines high energy sections, with slower dramatic instrumentation and more intimate, emotional parts . Accompanied by dark, haunting imagery, the new video offers thrilling visual accompaniment to the music. The band's progressive experimentation and style fusion brings an enthralling sound.

Into the Instrumentals is a reimagined selection of songs from the Mothman and The Thunderbirds’ debut album Into the Hollow. Rather than simply releasing an instrumental version of the whole album, project frontman Alex Parkinson wanted the EP to be a unique listening experience. Hearing the tracks “Cloud Giant” and “Hollow Sun” without vocals will allow

the listener to lose themselves in ethereal bliss, while the instrumental versions of “Agarthan Riders” and “Nomad” further solidify those tracks as absolute riff factories. It’s not all about instrumentals of course; the song “Squonk” has been stripped of its instrumentation to highlight those massive vocal harmonies.

Mothman and The Thunderbirds’ new EP Into the Instrumentals will be available on all streaming platforms on August 3rd, with digital copies available on Bandcamp for just $1. 

Speaking on the origins of the project, Alex had this to say: "The band name was inspired by a binge-watch session of the beloved program Ancient Aliens. In one of the episodes, a host posited that the Mothman may be a Thunderbird. I thought to myself, ‘hey, Mothman and The Thunderbirds would be a really dumb, but great, band name,’ and the rest was history!"
