Scenes From A Mirador is the second single release which features Archierophant's three further musicians and guest vocalist Annabelle Iratni, known for her vocal work and orchestral contributions in Veile, Cradle Of Filth and Devilment.

Scenes From A Mirador is taken from the upcoming full band release 'From The Fires', expected early 2023, which will be mastered in its entirety by Seeb Levermann of Orden Ogan at Greenman Studios, Germany.

Destroy//Exist: A lengthy and majestic black metal maelstrom which naturally conveys feelings of urgency and apprehension, it comes across as a perfectly expansive take on Archierophant's dark artistry.

Appears on the Silent Night Compilation from Slaves To The Underground.

This song was written around 2014-2015 and I had thought I lost the tab and recording of it until I recently found it saved on an old Google Drive. It was right around the time that Slaves to the Underground asked us to participate in the Silent Night Compilation so we decided to re-vamp it a bit and use it.

The lyrics for the song were actually based on the artwork done by Hellish.Cav. I had no immediate intent for the artwork when I purchased it but it inspired me to write Crimson Death. The lyrics tell the story of a hero that is seeking the so called Crimson Pools that grant immortal life. What the hero doesn’t know is that the pools are protected by an ancient riddle from the Gods and anyone who does not solve the riddle is turned into an undead servant hellbent on abducting local peasants and the such to bring to the pool and be turned into more undead servants. Band Statement:

We recorded this album almost 15 years ago. So much has happened since then, but we feel very connected to these songs and they still mean a lot to us. The intense atmosphere, the eerie sense of loss and melancholy that this record conveys fits perfectly into the world of today. We live in urban wastelands and are surrounded by more and more isolated people who are increasingly losing touch with everything. It is hard to find some hope in these days dominated by stories of war, ecocide and solastalgia, yet many people tell us that they have found a glimmer of hope, a small portion of positivity within these songs, which are dark and bleak, but also offer some relief, some light in the darkness. That is why we decided that this record, which means so much to so many, deserves a proper remaster that on the one hand preserves the spirit of the original tracks, but on the other hand is accompanied by two re-recorded songs that in a way show the changes we have gone through as human beings and as musicians.

The future may look bleak, but all is not lost yet.

This record was and is still dedicated to those who feel.

Hell of a year for keeping grinding new songs BUT a made new album !
