"Apocalypse" took place in the DIY dungeons of the band's home studios, during the process, influences from the band as a whole slowly emerged. Elements of punk/hardcore and thrash death metal cast a new vibe over their breed of death 'n' roll.
Tracks vary from slow melodic chunky ballads into grinding guitar hooks with additional backing screams and hardcore gang shouts. Shades of Black and doom metal are also of the essence.
Tracks like Z-apocalypse and Frail cast a theory of consequences from environmental impacts from greed, corruption, virus outbreaks, fighting inner demons, and rotting away. The song Hatemachine also signals a strong message against racism.
The album was mixed and produced at Inferno Groove Studio by Javier Garcia and mastered by Gorka Dresbaj at The Room Studios Barcelona.

Spy Satellite Records is pleased to release Singapore’s stoner rockers, Witches Coven on their debut album "World on Fire" via Bandcamp, Spotify and all digital sources.
Conjured by Imran Manaff (aka Azrael-guitarist and vocalist of Funeral Hearse, a one-man Black Metal band from Singapore) in 2020 during the Covid-19 global pandemic. Lock up at home and cut off from the rest of society, he decided to embark on a new musical outlet. Taking his love for the 60s/70s rock such as BLACK SABBATH, CREAM, CREEDENCE CLEARWATER REVIVAL, LED ZEPPELIN, CACTUS and CHURCH OF MISERY, and channeling it into a new venture. Thus, Witches Coven was born.
The debut album, World of Fire, features seven (07) new tracks produced by Imran Manaff and mixed and mastered by Sonicmonk (Russia). Loosely inspired by Allen Ginsberg’s infamous poem, THE HOWL, with lyrical themes reflecting today’s society as observed by lyricist, Imran Manaff.

Avantgarde Music announced their cooperation with Grá over one year ago. Now, the time has finally come to shed some light over the Swedish black metal band’s latest activity, and there is no better way than a good, old 7’’. Here comes Flame Of Hephaestus.
We asked the band to comment on the new single, which will serve as an anticipation for their incoming fourth studio album, following the acclaimed Väsen (2018).
Guitarist and singer Heljarmadr (Dark Funeral) expressed his thoughts: “Flame Of Hephaestus” is the first single from our new album Lycaon. We feel that it is a good representative for the album and it carries an intensity that kinda connects it with our last album Väsen. It serves as a natural bridge, if you will.
Flame Of Hephaestus brings us back to our early days, when we were including more influences from Greek mythology, alongside the ancient Scandinvian cult. It is therefore also quite suitable that Lycaon was mixed and mastered in Greece. Mixed by Terry Nikas and mastered by George Nerantzis”.
