"Eislandsaga" is the newest dungeon synth/ambient album of german one man project Isegrimm.

As the album name (Iceland saga) and cover suggest, this album is a journey into the beautiful landscape of the north, its solitude and the melancholic emotions rising while wandering through it.

Isegrimm is a musical project that combines classical orchestral sounds with synthesizers into a soundtrack-like atmosphere.

Started as the side project of an underground black metal band called Deathcrush, DEFACEMENT have became one of the most promising acts in the realm of dissonant death/black metal, and certainly one that doesn't fear to experiment.

After an interesting and self-produced debut ("Deviant", 2019), DEFACEMENT's sophomore self-titled album stands as a statement of utter violence and despair against the endless inner struggle caused by the growing lack of meaning in this thing we call life. From chaotic blasting madness to melancholic slow passages and ambient interludes, DEFACEMENT's atmospheric journey into the depths of the mind is going to leave a mark in the modern extreme metal scene, as well as an ugly scar on your soul.

Dusty Ray's magnificent cover painting symbolically sums up the nature of “Defacement”, a work poised between horror and introspection.

PRESS RELEASE:

TOTAL RECALL was formed in March 2019 by experienced musicians with 20+ years touring experience in the Metal Hardcore scene who worked with estabilished producers such as Logan Mader (Machine Head/Soulfly) among others throughout their career.

They decided to form this band to honor the memory of a lost friend who toured with them for 15+ years, getting back in the game with a low tuned blend of Metallic Groovy Hardcore with strong Post Hardcore influences TOTAL RECALL went public on January 12th 2020 and on January 20th of the same year with the release of the EP “Wooden Scars”.

Recorded, mixed and mastered @ Effort Studio by Marco Gervasio in January 2020 with the cover artwork curated by Dan Bulgaro.

Short after the release of the Wooden Scars EP, the band entered SPVN studios with producer Steph Orkid Santi (Cripple Bastards, Forgotten Tomb, Hiss from the Moath) to record the 9 songs for the debut album ALWAYS TOGETHER.

TOTAL RECALL recently signed with the Metallic Hardcore Australian based label 1054 Records & on January 20th 2021 the band launchesd the first single and video for POISON FLOW !!!

SOL KIA RELEASE "ZOS ETHOS"

SOL KIA is a Belgian duo comprised of singer/lyricist Stephane Van Tricht and multi-instrumentalist Guillaume CZLT, the man behind the black/death metal beast known as ÔROS KAÙ as well as a founding member of the celebrated NEPTUNIAN MAXIMALISM orchestra. The miraculous alchemy between the two has spawned “Zos Ethos”, SOL KIA's debut album and one of the most fascinating, experimental and psychedelic metal records of the last decade, perennially fluctuating between irrepressible black metal violence and an hallucinatory delirium that drag the listener through altered states of consciousness.

Crafted as one long journey of mystic proportions, “Zos Ethos” is essentially an inner probe slowly lowering into esoteric waters. Dark and abrasive riffs constantly shatter against Guillaume CZLT's majestic architectures of drones, Middle-Eastern melodies and industrial sounds, cinematic in scope and sapiently orchestrated, while Van Tricht's tortured invocations and lyrics bear witness to the deep distress of living a life without purpose or hope. As he bitterly comments in the epigrammatic “Melancholia”, “Now is the past of the future.”
