Kosmogonia is a pagan folk melodic death metal band that takes place in Athens, Greece.

It was founded by Kostas Magalios on vocals and guitars and Christos Drossos on guitars in 2015.

In the beginning, the band used to play melodic thrash metal, but that was until the year of 2017 when the line up was completely changed and Kostas decided that the band should follow a different music style. And so they started to add on their music more folk elements.

In the year 2015 Kosmogonia released their first demo song “Fallen Pegasus” while at the same period, took part in quite a few music festivals and lives.

In 2017 with a fresh new line up, Kosmogonia released their second demo song entitled “Triiris” which was also the cause, that the band transformed their sound and style completely, and from now on, they would establish as a pagan folk melodic death metal band.

In 2019 the band released their third demo song with the title “Elysian Fields”.That was the first time that they used female vocals.

Same year later, the final line up was formed and goes as follows.

Kostas Magalios on the male Vocals and Guitars, Maya Kampaki on the female Vocals, Dimitris Poulos on the Bass, Odysseus Poulos on the Keys, Ismini Vasileiou on the Flute and Spiros Aleksandropoulos on the Drums.

In the 23th of June 2020 Kosmogonia released their first official video clip for the song “Raven's Call” and in the 7th of July same year the band released their first official full-length album with the title “Enthrone the Gods” in which, the song “Raven's Call” is also included,as well as the new versions of the songs “Triiris” and “Elysian Fields”.

The album was released worldwide from the independent Music Label Cronus Productions.

WACKEN TV RELEASE 3 TRACKS FROM RAGE´s SHOW AT WACKEN WORLD WIDE 2020

Los Angeles death shredders BLOODFEAST RITUAL - Debut EP "Altars of Sacrifice".

The EP was just recently released on July 24th. The five-track introduction ranges from technical death metal to melodic shred, and its lyrical content shares the trio’s love for 80’s horror movies, HP Lovecraft, and general blasphemy. The band is for fans of THE BLACK DAHLIA MURDER, ARSIS, CANNIBAL CORPSE, MORBID ANGEL, DEATH.

The band adds:“This EP is a love letter to Death Metal. Old School, Modern, Technical and Brutal; we love all of the aspects of death metal as a genre, and we wanted to show that with this EP. We tried to display our influences by dramatically changing the vibe of each song.”

Heavy, fast, and brutal, the EP’s opener “Grave Fodder” resurrects the dead with its shred, guttural vocals and slamming assault of 90’s influenced Swedish death metal. Followed by “Eternally Molested By The One Most Foul”, where listeners can expect a guitar nerd’s wet dream as guitarists Michael Bala and Hunter Gurney showcase the rippage with four excitable solos. “No More Room In Hell” is a salute to ‘Dawn of The Dead’ and hits fans of old school Carcass and Cannibal Corpse with its brutal slam section, while “Chopped Up and Burned” is a tribute to ‘The Evil Dead’ and has many hints of early 90’s death metal. EP closer “Fetid Offering”, was the first song written by guitarist Hunter Gurney for the band and is about the video game Bloodborne. The track erodes what neck muscles you have left from headbanging with its blunt force trauma of THE BLACK DAHLIA MURDER meets NECROPHAGIST.
