Leviathan A.C was spawned from the dark streets of Venezuela in 1999. Rooted in primordial obscurity and guided by blasphemy, the band forged four discographic productions through years of relentless rehearsals, chaos, and underground rituals. One of these releases, “God’s End Is the Path”, was issued by the Colombian label Manitu Records in 2005, while bestial live performances took place across various stages in Venezuela and Colombia.
In 2009, Leviathan A.C signed with the Swedish label Salute Records, releasing its fourth full-length album, which had already been completed in 2006, Through the Unholy Rules We Shall Rise—a work that pushed the band’s vision forward through stronger compositional arrangements while firmly reinforcing its path within the most raw and hostile territories of Black Metal.
Following the relocation of Nebirus (vocals / guitar) to Spain, Leviathan A.C entered a prolonged period of silent incubation. Years of perseverance, devotion, and compositional fermentation led to the rebirth of the project in 2024 with the EP “The Rise of Leviathan”. Recorded at Bohinum Home Studio in collaboration with Rey Vaj, the EP delivers four tracks of impious, oppressive, and blasphemous Black Metal, deliberately reviving the filth and violence of the band’s earliest era while achieving a solid and uncompromising sound.
In the present cycle, Leviathan completed the album “God’s Failure”, scheduled for release on January 23, 2026, through a joint alliance between Vacula Productions (Ukraine), Artes Negras Prods (Uruguay), and Impaled Records (Brazil), later expanding the contamination into Mexico through Nekromanthra Records.
With the new lineup, Leviathan A.C prepares for a new phase of live manifestations. The band’s intent is absolute: to channel devotion and blasphemy into suffocating stage atmospheres, invoking a hostile and ritualistic presence, and delivering Black Metal in its most personal form—unfiltered and charged with contempt.
“God’s Failure” is not an album; it is the sound of the collapse of divinity—a ritual of negation where faith rots and only blasphemy remains: a ceremonial execution of the God of Abraham.
