VINCENT CROWLEY RELEASE "BEYOND ACHERON" + LYRIC VIDEO

 

PRESS RELEASE:

After 30 years of fronting Black / Death Metal underground alongside veterans ACHERON, lead vocalist Vincent Crowley is pursuing a solo career. This new musical entity veers to a different dark and macabre path, being influenced by all kinds of metal genres.

"Beyond Acheron” was recorded at Sonic Lounge Studios with Joe Viers as the producer. This 8-track album has a dark sound while maintaining a great production. 

“Beyond Acheron” is a conceptional album that climbs through the ladder of death. From beginning to end it takes the listener on a ghastly journey with sombre tales of doom, casting a Poe-esque shadow.

The album is set to be released in June as a digipack cd, jewel case cd, limited Wooden Box, Lp and on all digital platforms together with cult Norwegian Vulture Lord which are back after 17 years with a new album “Desecration Rites”.

MEURSAULT OMEGA RELEASE "COLD THIRST"

Meursault Omega is a project devised by Cliff Scott, audio engineer, songwriter, musician, and producer, working in Milano (Italy).

After a first full-length (Meursault, 2020), generally well received – read Metal Temple review HERE ! Cliff worked hard on this second release focusing on some aspects of capital death. Being a producer and a composer, he created the music and the lyrics himself, but at the same time decided to involve many interesting artists of the Italian metal scene on the way to have different colors in the various songs, especially in the vocals. He involved Chiara Manese, an awesome mezzosoprano and classical crossover artist (Blut, Chakra), Francesca Tosi a powerful young singer (Mediera, MadHour), Asator Ægishjálmur, an amazing singer working mainly in black metal projects (Madvice, Daysidied), Simona Guerrini, vocalist of death metal band Gravestone, Lunaria Wistful (Mooniric), Carlo Fiore, keyboards and synth player of the progressive rock band Macchina Pneumatica and Matteo Venrgoni, acclaimed mastermind of the progressive metal Detevilus Project. Unfortunately, Matteo died just some weeks after the recording of his solo in To the Core.

The artwork of Cold Thirst was realized by Frost Bite, an Indonesian illustrator.

The album was released by Cliff Scott’s label Heaven Full of Astronauts on March, 28 – 2021.

KILLING ADDICTION RELEASE NEW TRACK "PROPHECY ARMAGEDDON"

 

PRESS RELEASE:

The legendary Florida Death Metal band KILLING ADDICTION have just released the 1st song of their long-awaited 2nd full-length album that will see the light, again, through Xtreem Music and that will be titled "Mind of a New God" which will be released on CD, 12"LP, Cassette and Digital, next June 1st.

Following the death of guitarist and one of the original members Chad Bailey, as well as brother of vocalist/ bassist Pat Bailey, in September 2016, coinciding with the release of what is so far the most recent release of KILLING ADDICTION, the EP "Shores of Oblivion", the rest of the members continued in his memory, and in fact, the title of the new album is the same as the last song they wrote with Chad before his demise.

For the recording of "Mind of a New God", the band has returned to the same studio where they recorded their last two recordings. the Helton Music Studios. The art has been in charge of Samuel Araya, who has already done work for albums by bands like CRADLE OF FILTH, ELVENKING, DARK MOOR, etc.
