Inspired by "Squeeze", one of the creepiest "The X-Files" episodes ever, in which serial killer Tooms is up to his mischief, the song "66 Exeter Street" creates a similarly sinister atmosphere as once SLAYER's "Dead Skin Mask". The beastly snarling vocals of drummer Andreas Mozer paired with razor-sharp riffs and an ominously booming bass, drives the listener pleasant, cold shivers down the spine and pure fear sweat on the forehead. Perfectly set to music, sheer horror.

For the documentary "Total Thrash", which will be released in German cinemas at the end of May and tells the story of German thrash metal, TRAITOR was not only allowed to contribute the title song of the same name, but also none other than Ruhrpott veteran Tom Angelripper of SODOM did the honors of singing the guest vocals in the studio. If that's not an accolade! Here the old school meets the new generation and the vibe of the 80s is transported into the 2020s. In the truest sense of the word "great cinema". This is also the official cinema movie Track for the Documentary "Total Thrash - The Teutonic Story". VISERION RELEASE NEW TRACK "REBORN IN DARKNESS"

New York City black metal band, VISERION are streaming their new single "Reborn In Darkness" at No Clean Singing. The song is set to be released on all streaming platforms August 26, 2022. The song tells a tale of corruption. Inspired by the character Oryx from the video game Destiny, who corrupts others known as the 'The Taken', the track depicts the brutality of his war against the light.

VISERION emerged in 2019, taking their name from Game of Thrones’ resurrected ice dragon. The extreme metal act has made an impact in the scene with their ruthless sound notably having performed at the legendary Saint Vitus Bar. Drawing influences from DARKTHRONE, WATAIN, AGALLOCH, and HARAKIRI FOR THE SKY to name a few, the outfit craft a distinctive cross-genre twist. January of 2020 saw the unveiling of the quartet’s savage debut, the Death Dealer EP, followed swiftly by the acclaimed full-length Natural Selection in 2021. Their new offering, "Reborn In Darkness", emerges in a swell of banshee shrieks and unrelenting heavy instrumentation in a nightmarish manifestation. The savage sound aptly conjures the devastation and bloodshed of Oryx's malicious acts. Fusing death and grindcore into an extreme sound, "Reborn In Darkness" is a ferocious assault on the senses.

There first album, Future Imperfect, was release in 2017 and was self-produced
The second album, Disaster Awaits, was released the next year in 2018. This was also self-produced but marked an improvement in the band's evolution.
The latest album, Failure Of State, marks a big evolution for the band. Sporting a new lineup, featuring MUCH better production, and continuing to hone their politically charged death/thrash sonic assault, they hope to make a lasting impression on the metal scene.

Philly extremists SUBLATION have posted the official lyric video for "Eulogy," the newest track off their forthcoming full-length debut album, The Path to Bedlam.
SUBLATION guitarist/bassist/vocalist Max Svalgard comments on the song:
"This song is about not being able to watch anymore as someone actively takes attempts on their life while the medical system fails to help them. It’s about Eulogizing someone you love while they are alive. There’s hatred, there’s sorrow, and there’s a slam section."

SUBLATION is a death metal band hailing from Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. Formed in 2008, under the name Fisthammer by frontman Max Svalgard, and drummer Danny Piselli. They recorded their first demo with brothers Mike and Doug Sabolick of A Life Once Lost and under their tutelage, they forged a unique style of technical blackened death metal.
In 2012, Fisthammer released their debut album Devour All You See, through HPGD productions. The response to the album was strongly positive, and led one reviewer to describe them as “set to be this generation's Decapitated”. Fisthammer went on to do 150 + shows in support of that album, all self-funded without the help of any label or outside management. In 2014, they released their follow-up album Infallible, which was once again recorded with renowned engineer Carson Slovak at Atrium audio. The follow-up album saw Fisthammer take even more influence from their black metal roots, while still having the technical and trash elements of their previous work. After the release of Infallible, Fisthammer once again did several national tours, including opening up for the legendary MASTER.
In 2020, SUBLATION returned from its 5-year hiatus with a new name and a newly-shared vision for the band. Never being a band to follow trends, SUBLATION aims to release a brand of death metal that rejects the lyrical confines of death metal while musically and sonically embracing the raw and visceral facets of their roots.

Sludge metal newcomers, GNASH, are preparing to unleash their debut EP, Shared Nightmare, on September 22nd.
Josh Richter of GNASH comments:
“I’ve never done a concept record before so I wanted to try to tell a story in great detail over an entire record rather than just one song. As dark and gruesome as the concept is, the underlying theme is the feeling of carrying around emotional baggage and trauma your whole life and the effects it takes on someone. Life is a heavy burden sometimes.”
Formed this year in Columbus, Ohio, GNASH has already established a powerful and unique sound, drawing influence from the depth of death metal, the raw emotion of black metal, and heaviness of sludge metal, the band’s debut EP, Shared Nightmare, is a profound and thought-provoking insight into the darkest reaches of metal health issues.
Shared Nightmare tells a tale of conjoined twins, where one half of the pair dies. The remaining twin must continue on in life, carrying with him a corpse he can’t be rid of. The EP is an exploration of what it means to bear trauma and the toll it takes after a lifetime of being weighed down by such inescapable feelings.
Not for the faint of heart, prepare to be transported into a dark and chilling tale in GNASH’s debut EP, Shared Nightmare, coming September 22nd.
