German black metal band Ascension will release their new album entitled "The Dead of the World" on December 24th. The album is the second full length release by the band and the follow up to their "Consolamentum" album released in 2010 (the band has also released an EP entitled "Deathless Light" in early 2014). "The Dead of the World" will be released through World Terror Committee and was recorded and mixed at rhe Source Munich between April and July of 2014. "The Dead of the World" was mastered at Woodshed Studio and features the following tracks:

2. Death's Golden Temple
3. Black Ember
4. Unlocking Tiamat
5. Deathless Light
6. The Dark Tomb Shines
7. Mortui Mundi
