Obscure Fate was initially formed in 2008 as a solo project by guitarist/songwriter Kaleva Kovalainen in Paltamo, Finland. The band released a new single Black Moon and it is taken from their upcoming EP Raven's Call which is set to be released on April 1st 2021 by Inverse Records.
"Black Moon handles death and the feelings regarding to it. One can anyway interpret the lyrics in its own way." Says lyricist Tapio Härkönen.
"This track represents the newer productions for the oldest track from the EP is already composed over ten years ago. Black Moon has appropriate amount of different elements combined that are established on Obscure Fate's music." States composer Kaleva Kovalainen.
Light, sweet and majorly pissed off - time is running out but social deviations get worse by the minute. Ecologically at a crossroads, humankind is long lost. Offer yourself alast respect and tune in to the swan song for the crown of exhaustion and dwell your sorrows in 24 short musical substitutes.
First Doom, now Grind? Yes! "Betonkrebs" stands in the tradition of the wayward ZEIT-EPs and intones his disdain far away from this band’s known paths. While the "null."-EP ventured in the realm of funeral doom, this EP explores the world of Grind and Punk. For this project we started by taking our old song "Stillstand" again and simply played it as fast as possible (for us) this time.
Most Lyrics on "Betonkrebs" are written in German, the most hateful language there is, and are about all the bullshit we had to endure during the last year. And by that we don't mean a global pandemic but the endless human stupidity that perpetuated all over the globe.

Italian experimental progressive wizards CYRAX are glad to unleash the video for "Wozzeck", track taken from “Experiences” out via Wormholedeath / Aural Music Group worldwide.
Band comment:
"We are proud to present our new video: filmed at the medieval abbey of Morimondo and in the abandoned park of Consonno, (almost entirely in black and white style), this video is inspired by Alban Berg's Opera and German expressionist movies, such as Nosferatu and Metropolis, from which also takes up themes such as madness, depression and the horror of war."

DEAD SUN is one of the first bands created by Swedish mastermind Rogga Johansson (PAGANIZER, PUTREVORE, REVOLTING, THE GROTESQUERY, RIBSPREADER and dozens more...) back in the year '96, having released 4 demos until 2005, but it wasn't until 2013 that he released his first album, and since then he has released 5 albums and one EP. "Night Terrors" is perhaps his finest work to date, where he combines a Swedish Death'n'Roll that at times reminds ENTOMBED of their "Wolverine Blues" with incredibly catchy melodies and riffs in the vein of EDGE OF SANITY, FURBOWL, ILLDISPOSED...
"Night Terrors" has been mixed and mastered by Håkan Stuvemark (WOMBBATH), and it contains some guitar solos made by himself on this album. The cover art has been done by Roberto Toderico.

Biography
The band started in 2005 under the name "Teach Children to Worship Satan". One song (Cyclops) remains from this early period, written by then guitarist Irem, re-arranged and eventually recorded years later. Fredrik Alerud is to be the growler for some years to come and long time riff-forger Börna took over after the departure of Irem around 2007. With the introduction of new bass-player Piotr in 2010, the band was starting to take the form we recognise today, refining their sound and changing the name to "Fist Fight". Writing riffs and drinking beers into 2014 they're hearing some interesting bass playing further down the corridor. The young bassist Hampus was persuaded to pick up the lead-guitar and join, making Fist Fight a five-piece. The first demo recording was produced this same year. Playing some festival-shows here and there, the main focus is put on writing. During the next 3 years the band tries several different growlers, with the eyes on a full-length album. Finally settling with the voice of Joel Nylén and changing the name to Odeum Deus, debut album "Fist Fight" is recorded in a matter of days and released independently in 2018. The first album is released while the band is already in the studio again, now with legendary producer Tomas Skogsberg in hunt of the metal sound. It is to be released as "Knife Fight" in 2019. The collaboration works out great with Skogsberg and they decide to do it all again with another album, improving what they've done on the previous album with the writing and production. Their earlier releases caught the interest of record label WormHoleDeath and this new third album is signed with them to be released worldwide in 2021.
MOTHER OF ALL are set to release their debut album, 'Age of Solipsist' - featuring legendary Steve Di Giorgio (Testament, ex-Death, Sadus) - on April 23rd via Black Lion Records. Now the band has released the first single “Autumn” from the album. The single was premiered via No Clean Signing (https://www.nocleansinging.com/2021/02/19/an-ncs-video-premiere-mother-of-all-autumn).
"It is a well-crafted melodic death metal anthem. The song is about the inescapable decay of our bodies and minds as we turn older. Cathartic, with a pinch of tragedy Mother Of All's singer and drummer Martin Haumann (ex-Myrkur, Afsky) is joined by world renowned bassist Steve Di Giorgio (Death, Testamant, Sadus), who gives a stunning performance. The song also features solos by the rising Danish talent Frederik Jensen on guitar. Black Lion Records will release Danish one-man band Mother of All’s debut album Age Of The Solipsist on April 23rd, 2021. Pre-order available now!
Mother Of All performs a mixture of melodic and progressive death metal and is the brainchild of drummer and vocalist Martin Haumann, an in-demand and highly-prolific musician that has previously performed across the world as the drummer for Myrkur, Afsky and many others. Most recently, Haumann played the drums on Afsky’s highly-acclaimed opus ”Ofte Jeg Drømmer Mig Død...”, hailed by many as 2020’s black metal album of the year. Artwork for Age Of The Solipsist has been created by American graphic artist, Travis Smith, whose impressive work has graced the covers of bands like Opeth, Nevermore, Avenged Sevenfold and King Diamond. Age Of The Solipsist is mixed by Hannes Grossmann (ex-Necrophagist, ex-Obscura, Alkaloid) at Mordor Sounds."

Within his genre, STEVE DI GIORGIO is respected for his playing skills, versatility and incredible technique. He has more than 40 studio album recordings and over 20 years of touring the world.
INTOXICATED launch brand new single ‘Legacy’s Demise’ and announce a 2nd Vinyl run of their previously SOLD OUT debut EP!
As bossman, ANDREW WK, just released his new single, Babalon, showcasing a much heavier side of himself than ever before, it’s hard to imagine that his backing band, made up of 2/3’s of Intoxicated, didn’t have something to do with it. Not to one-up the boss, but the Intoxicated boys also wanted to show that despite their busy schedule with ANDREW WK, that they have been keeping busy and Intoxicated are no part time side gig.
Legacy’s Demise showcases the band doing more of the same, but with even more ferocity and vigor than before. 1-part Death, 1-part Obituary, + 1-part High on Fire with a touch of Crossover Thrash flare and you have Intoxicated’s tried and true formula! The new single is a promise of what is to come on their debut full length that they hope to have out before the end of 2021.
Officially dubbed ‘The Van Halen Variants’, due to the ironic or almost serendipitous nature of their new vinyl color theme, these 3 new variants mark the 2nd pressing of their previously sold out debut EP, Walled. In coordination with the release of the new single, these beauties are now available for preorder and will begin shipping out by mid-March!
Inception Of Eternity: kick off 2021 with new single, new video, new album!
With the song "The Cradle of Darkness" Inception Of Eternity release the first track of their second studio album. Singer SINtana leads the listener through the uptempo gothic rock song with her versatile and distinctive voice, giving "The Cradle of Darkness" a unique and powerful expression with the mix of angelic background and dirty rock lead vocals. The single will be available to stream or download from all major online stores on February 21, 2021. The official video is available on YouTube now!
With the second studio album "Last Exit to the Past" mastermind Thorsten Eligehausen created a 15 track strong, musically extremely varied and genre-spanning album, without losing sight of the reference to the characteristic gothic rock elements. Quiet tones are as much an integral part of the album as rough and rocky compositions. Singer Ken Pike and vocalist SINtana take the listener on a musical journey with their extraordinary voices that is second to none.
"The creation process was - due to the two new contributing musicians SINtana and Marc Vanderberg - definitely more diverse. It was always interesting to hear how musicians of other styles listen to the demo of a song and what they then contribute to it, or how you understand their part", says Eligehausen.
"Last Exit to the Past" will be released on March 26, 2021 and is available as a CD in digipack, for download and also on all known streaming services. The presale of the album starts in selected stores parallel to the release of the single release "The Cradle of Darkness" on 21.02.2021.
Various merchandise articles of Inception of Eternity are also available via the store on darkSIGN-music.
Wreche, a high stakes challenger of the metal genre returns with a violent haymaker on All my dreams came true. A colossal masterpiece, this album sees John Steven Morgan working alone - more unhinged, personal, and varied than on Weche’s 2017 eponymous debut w/ drummer Barret Baumgart. At once horrifying and beautiful, All my dreams came true further binds genres like a particle accelerator - an absolutely devastating collision, a nebulaic nightmare of spackled iridescent light and void-lusting despair. Morgan’s brilliant songwriting and narrative structure, equally matched by his virtuosic performances on every instrument (piano, drums, vocals and synths) make this album something to seriously reckon with.
“Pushing the boundaries” of metal is a given when guitars have been trashed for an 88 key 700lb behemoth running hot on distortion and space echo. Terrifying, subterranean, and heavenly, Wreche transcends the sheer novelty of superficial texture swapping. The album hits the fringes of the most extreme musical ideas-- simultaneously maintaining a loyalty to black metal’s aural aesthetic while hard-flipping the genre's tired old past. Morgan’s lyrical poems tear through art, god, poverty, drugs, love and “life in the big city” as they are screamed with spine chilling conviction that sounds as mad and feral as the world around him. The otherworldly synth design and arrangements are unprecedented- an ominous spectoral presence levitating on the wasteland All my dreams came true paints. This isn’t just an experiment, it’s an interstellar meltdown.
Do yourself a favor and let this album rip your brain apart. Play it front to back and give it time to reveal its myriad miraculous stratified secrets. The invitation is an understatement and to miss this is to miss a masterful and haunting contribution to music, one that will inevitably set the tone for this year in metal. It is, and will be, unavoidable if you listen to extreme music - a ghastly expedition into the ether.

Philly raw hardcore hallucination. We’re honored and proud to announce an official reissue of the unparalleled ear-splitting debut demo tape from rising Philly-based d-beat noise-punk demolition unit Hallucination, first self-released in 2020, and now available again as an exclusive label-curated re-edition with new artwork from Canadian xerox/collage visual master Paul Van Trigt.
With its desolate atmospheres and unforgiving intensity, the pulverizing demo comes packed with splinters of raw punk, d-beat, and off the rails Japanese-styled noise crust whipped into an unyielding and caustic raw hardcore assault that will demolish you in its wake.
Iconic bands in the genre like Deathside, Disclose, Raw Nerve, Krömosom, Cult Ritual, and Crude SS are all more or less referenced in one way or another throughout the tape’s meager eight minutes of unforgiving aural abandon, but far from being a simple self-referencing stylistic exercise, this astonishing demo brings a darkness and desperation to the plate that we’d rarely before seen in the genre, signaling the possible birth of a game-changing act whose full power and vision we’re not yet fully aware of.
Formed in the year 2020 amid global panic and state terror, the group pays homage to the tradition of D-beat raw punk (especially the aforementioned Japanese one) with mind-altering sonics and an unrelenting contempt for reality. Their caustic and hallucinatory sound is a relentless sonic assault of extreme raw guitars, dizzying repetition, and violent stylistic commitment.
Featuring a Poison Idea cover, the self-titled Hallucination demo tape reissue is slated for a March 5 2021 official release date along with digital formats, and the work can now be pre-ordered and streamed in full on our Bandcamp and webshop.
Polish black metal band Hegeroth releases a new lyrics video 'Last Salvation'.
Track is taken off from the band’s third full-length “Perfidia” released in November 2020.
“Perfidia”, the third album from Hegeroth, delivers diversity and some unconventional solutions while
being faithful to the second wave of black metal. Its energy will drag you through your most deep and hidden emotions, being a great album for the open-minded listener who’s not afraid of some dissonant vibes and catchy moments.
Perfidia album is available on all streaming platforms and band's bandcamp profile (digital and CD/digipack).
Skyborn originated from the eager desire of its four young members to write and play heavy music. Lukas (vocals, rhythm guitar), Julian (lead guitar) and Paul (bass) grew up in Munich. At the age of six, the three started to explore the world of music: while Lukas and Julian played guitar, Paul accompanied them on the piano. Eduardo (drums) developed his musical skills in his home country Ecuador.
In 2012, Lukas, Julian and Paul formed a cover band with ex-roadie Florian Menhart, young actor Jonas Holdenrieder and Melanie Meincke. Florian was the guy who led them to listen to heavy bands, such as Motörhead, Metallica, and Children of Bodom. After local success, the three decided to venture into creating their own music.
Still, they needed a drummer. The band was finally consolidated in 2015, when Eduardo moved to Munich from Quito, Ecuador. After a positive audition and some beers, Skyborn found the appropriate chemistry to step into the path of metal.
Lukas was inspired by Metallica, Rammstein and The Beatles, whereas Julian enjoyed listening to Wintersun, Devildriver and Gojira. Paul got his inspiration from Led Zeppelin, Deep Purple and classical music, while Eduardo loved listening to Lamb of God, Children of Bodom and Dream Theater. Under the influence of classic rock and different metal styles, Skyborn creates music which appeals to a broad variety of metalheads.
In honor of the good old days, the debut album was named Paradise Falls - a homage to the former cover band.
"From musical point of view it’s easy - we’re looking for something that sounds great and gives the right mood and atmosphere, something that we enjoy playing and something that any decent metal listener would enjoy as well!
From narrative point of view it’s slightly more sophisticated... We are here to ask questions! We are here to make you think and ask questions as well! We want to raise awareness about things that mainstream media is silent about - every war, every crisis happening is made only with one goal - to feed the rich and make general population divided, scared for their lives, properties, mortgages and jobs. To get control and make sure it stays that way. We don’t like that and that’s why we’ve decided to stand up and talk loud about this stuff! We're not crying for everything to be free, life is tough and you have to do something to earn your living, as long as it's right and not involving other people's suffering! We are here independently and ready to stand together with everyone else for what is right!"

Biography
Scream Collision are a Greek band formed in Athens in October 2017. In their first steps they played covers of Rock, Hard Rock, and Metal in a number of music stages. Their influences are varied but mainly come from Hard Rock and Metal. After a while they felt that it was time to compose their own music, and on May 31st of 2019 they release their first single “Rolling a Dice”. Presently they have completed their debut full-length album, entitled «Memories». This first album incorporates elements of music that has influenced them over the years, forming their own sound. It is a loose concept album, about a man battling mental turmoil and breakdown and emerging victorious for a bit of an uplift towards the end. The main concept connects the songs of the album, but every song is a bit different and has its own character.

Endseeker comments: "We took all the frustration and despair over the cancelled shows and the whole misery Covid has brought upon us all and forged it into a bunch of straight forward, powerful songs that accompanied us through 2020 and will now be shared with the rest of the world. 'Mount Carcass' is definitely our most focused - in a way, even the angriest - record so far, and 'Unholy Rites', with its uplifting zombie-vibe, is the perfect opener for this new chapter in the history of Endseeker. We'd of course love to start this new chapter with YOU, our fans. Sadly, there won't be a sweaty sold-out release show like last time, however, we're back at the Knust in Hamburg on April 18th for a special livestream event (more details to be revealed soon). Come and celebrate with us online until we see each other in the pit again!"
Having become one of the premier German death metal bands - and rapidly rising the ranks of the genre as a whole - Endseeker storm back into the fray with Mount Carcass. Building on the groundwork laid down on 2017's Flesh Hammer Prophecy and having the difficult task of besting 2019's stunning The Harvest, they have returned with a streamlined, powerful collection that further raises the bar.
Like both of its predecessors, Mount Carcass was recorded, produced, mixed, and mastered by Eike Freese at Chameleon Studios in Hamburg, Germany. Going into the record, Endseeker knew they wanted something rawer and more organic than The Harvest, and while Covid was causing global havoc, the band embraced the time they would have otherwise spent touring, using it to rehearse and discuss what they wanted the record to be. From this process they knew they wanted the songs to be quite straightforward and even have something of a "punkish / crust feel, so to speak. The songs are pretty reduced to the core with all the ballast removed. Every part and every riff has a meaning and isn't just there for no other reason than extending the song. The album is also very melodic. There are a bunch of very strong guitar hooks and vocal compositions that really stick in your ears for days. It's way simpler and probably more easy to listen to compared to 'The Harvest' or 'Flesh Hammer Prophecy', but at the same time, it has a very spontaneous and lively attitude with a big chunk of personality." To keep the genre sounding fresh in 2021, they focused on the production, having just a touch of the old school vibe to remain rooted, and they did not limit themselves too hard to the Swedish death metal style of songwriting they previously embraced, but also let other influences into their songs. "You can hear all kinds of stuff that is inspired by bands like Morbid Angel, Bolt Thrower, Slayer, Dissection, Gorefest, etc. We listen to so many different bands, and somehow, a bit from all of this keeps adding to our music."
Aussie sci-fi hard rockers FUMAROLE have released a video for their track "Mothership". The song is taken from their album "Valley of Ten Thousand Smokes" which was recently released on vinyl via Interstellar Smoke Records.
Frontman Kurt Werder commented "Mothership is a song from the view of the evil ‘Remote controllers’ who reign supreme controlling the slaves to mine ingredients for a drug that provides long life. We filmed the video at a metal workshop in the middle of one of the hottest days in Brisbane. It was so hot we ended up with heat stroke by the end of it. Dan Bartsch put the video together so he’s not just a bass wiz he’s got video skills to boot!"
San Diego’s thrashers and winners of the 2019 Wacken Metal Battle USA, MONARCH, will be unleashing their sophomore album “Future Shock” this year and have already released the first single/music video “Shred or Die”.
“Shred or Die” has been part of the band’s live show for a very long time and has stood out as a favorite and a good example of their aim as a band. This track is relevant to current events with lyrical content relating to civil unrest and power-hungry people ruling over others. The music video has received some pushback as it features heavy footage of the riots going on in America during the COVID-19 and Black Lives Matter protests. On the lighter side also features skateboarding around local San Diego skate spots.
Compared to their first, very DIY album, “Future Shock” was done professionally at Clarity Recordings in El Cajon, California, and is a big step forward for the band both musically and sonically. It explores the entire spectrum of MONARCH’s creativity, with each song varying in sound but maintains a cohesive feeling. The band comments on the album:
“We’re all just super excited to get this album out to everyone because I think everyone right now needs something new to get excited about. At the time of this release, the world is still under quarantine from the COVID-19 virus in parts of the world and we think it will be a welcome escape from having to worry so much right now. We should all be cautious of course, but we can't make our lives not worth living. This album really inspires us to write even better and we're still amazed at how it came out. We look forward to hearing its response by fans and getting to play it live and loud again.”
And speaking of live and loud, videos of the band's Wacken 2019 performance can be seen at the following links:
Every year there seems to be even more releases dropping than came out in the year prior. Although there is a variety of ways to get noticed, what always cuts through the noise best is music both unique and innovative enough in ways that truly separate it from the pack. Built upon well over a decade of experience as musicians in a variety of projects, Asheville, North Carolina-based duo Stone Healer is excited to announce their incredible debut album, Conquistador. Set for release on Friday, April 30th. Conquistador is the follow up to the groups' highly praised 2015 EP, He Who Rides Immolated Horses.
Stone Healer is a vessel for sonic intensity and soul-driven melody created by brothers Dave (guitar, bass, vocals) and Matt Kaminsky (drums). Formed in 2015 as a continuation of their work in Autolatry, Stone Healer’s sound has evolved beyond the limitations of regionally-specific progressive black metal into an undefinable blend of rock n roll inspired by Alice In Chains and Ulcerate-style complex dissonant death metal.
Stone Healer's unconventional blend between multiple styles is further upped significantly by their truly ambitious songwriting in order to create a listening experience on Conquistador that doesn't sound like anyone else out there. At the end of the day, Stone Healer - Conquistador isn't just another release by established players as it is the defining musical statement from musicians that have always sought to push boundaries and ever-expand the ways in which they express themselves musically.
Stone Healer - Conquistador is highly recommended for fans of bands who have inspired the project which includes Ulcerate, Krallice, Helheim, Dodheimsgard, Paradise Lost, Kvelertak, and Alice In Chains.
Stone Healer comments
"Conquistador is a cathartic retelling of my own spiritual extortion, in which the themes of allowance, forgiveness, letting go, and mistaken divinity play central roles. The Conquistador, as depicted by artist Leo Ulfelder, is a representation of egotistical arrogance, the illusion of invincibility, and self-appointed divinity in the same way that conquistadors during the Age Of Discovery believed themselves to be ordained by God throughout their terrorization of newfound worlds.
Musically, Conquistador is a textured journey through the sonic elements that comprise my love for music. Soul-driven acoustic guitars which bear the weight of my whole being give way to dueling electric melodies, who provide the wind for powerful sung vocals and screams of anguish, which rest on top of the bedrock of a focused, breathing drum performance. This music is born from the chemistry between my brother and I; organic percussion that exhales passion with every blast beat and soul with every groove, combined with a furious counterpoint guitar attack creating an onslaught of melody."
Stone Healer - Conquistador Tracklist
1. One Whisper
2. Whence Shall I
3. Surrender
4. Torrent of Flame
5. Until My Will Is Gone
6. Twenty-Two
7. Into the Spoke of Night

Gorr are now releasing a new video for the track "Bitande Kaldt", taken from their upcoming album "Kvit Som Snøen, Kald I Blikket", to be released next month.
An homage to our history, the blood of our ancestors, the hard work that was the foundation of our existence, but also the fear, the sacrifice and the unforgiving conditions the people of our past endured. Kvit Som Snøen, Kald i Blikket, literally «White as snow, cold stare» draws a line from the present time to a distant past and thus points at the timelessness experienced in our immediate surroundings. The duality in relying on nature for survival and the very clear sense of doom that follows closely is reflected through this album. Life and death, combat and construction, noble goals and meaningless losses. This is Kvit Som Snøen, Kald i Blikket.
About Gorr
Inspired by a time when people lived and died close to nature. When survival meant trusting and fighting the elements. When the winters bore promise of lethal storms and darkness could consume everything. When mythical creatures hid in the darkness and people told stories of close calls and tragic death. These are Gorr’s roots.
Gorr is Skuggimadr and Hateful Wind, a Norwegian Black Metal project originating from the North Western coast of Norway. The origin and important source of inspiration is the Island Gossen, West of Molde.
The project’s name Gorr is intimately connected to the island, and it embodies several dimensions. One of them is a 1000-year-old legend which tells the story of King Gor(r) who conquered the entire Norwegian coastline while searching for his abducted sister. Allegedly, the king lived on the island for some time, hence it was called Gorsey (Gor’s island), which over time and under influence of different dialects and languages morphed into Gossen.
Relentless Aggression is an old school thrash metal band from Bergen, Norway . Even if this version of the band is only three years old, the band was originally founded in the mid 80s, under the name Hell Awaits. (No points for guessing where the first inspiration for the band came from). The original drummer was Erik "Grim" Brødreskift, later more known for drumming with black metal bands like Immortal , Gorgoroth and Borknagar. He also got a festival named after him after his death in 1999, the Hole In The Sky Festival in Bergen.
After nearly thirty years concentrating on other bands and other projects, Finn and Yngve decided to record two of the old songs and release it on vinyl. Some of the original songs were just too good to die of old age! The seven inch single was released in 2018 in a very limited number, and quickly became a collector's item. The process of recording the old songs was such a great experience that the band decided to continue their walk down the thrash metal path. New songs started to flow, and it soon was clear that a full length album had to be made. The band entered Solslottet studio with engineer and producer Iver Sandøy ( Enslaved ), and recorded three old songs and seven brand new ones. Iver also did all the studio session drumming.
Four singles have been released on various streaming platforms and two videos have been made. So far the videos have gained more than 15.000 views. The band has also been featured in Norway's most important metal magazine, Scream Magazine.
Some comments on the songs have been: "old Slayer " and "sounds like something that could have been on Metallica 's "Kill 'Em All" . Listen to it yourself and see if you agree.
On the last song on the album the band knew it needed an additional female voice to get the right feeling, so Laura Pleasants from Kylesa was contacted. She liked the song and agreed to do the part the song was missing. The result speaks for itself.
Formed in 2018 in Harmony, Maine by veterans of several prominent current & former Maine based Metal bands. Thy Enemy quickly solidified itself in the music scene, gaining a loyal and dedicated fan base.
Their sound defined by the wall of thick groove based riffs, raucous percussion, booming low-end, and a duel vocal attack that plays seamlessly off one another.
Thy Enemy embraces the sounds of classic Thrash, Hardcore, and Deathcore. Weaving those elements into a tapestry of modern Metal that appeals to a wide audience both young and old.
In 2020 the band released their first EP Chapters. Recorded by producer Evan Sammons (Kaonashi, Myth of I, Last Chance to Reason) Chapters is a sonic timestamp of the bands development and progress. Both pertinent and reverent in its sound.
Thy Enemy is a band that continues to evolve and grow with each new song. A band whose ceiling has no limits, and one destined to leave a mark.
Hailing from Lisbon, metal outfit ALL AGAINST are proud to present the official video to "I Am Alive", from the upcoming album "I Am Alive", recorded at Ultrasound Studios; mixed and mastered by Hugo Andrade.
Diverted Disorder, a Metalcore band from the basement of the Vaal (South Africa) has released our first single. With a perfect balance of clean and aggressive vocals and raging guitars lead with melodic guitar work, we’re ready to rise from the ashes. At this stage band members will remain anonymous till further notice, keep an eye on our Facebook page for updates. https://www.facebook.com/DivertedDisorder/
The song titled Tender loving defeat - featuring and produced by the legendary Jared Gunston (from chromium who opened for Metallica in 2013), was launched on January 2021, links to follow:
Diverted Disorder is rising from the ashes of our previous band Destroyed By Fate after the band broke up in 2013. The band's image and message (we’re not meant to win) is similar to that of Destroyed By Fate, but the style is different, Destroyed by fate was Deathcore and more aggressive where Diverted Disorder is more melodic Metalcore featuring those aggressive deathcore vocals every now and then. Our inspiration …well here’s a quote: ‘’Boredom is the source of creativity’’ - Hardman
After years of sitting in a little corner, the time has come… and we’re ready

In 1994, four friends got together and decided they wanted to entertain the world. They decided to name their band 'State Of Mind' ( SOM ) because that is what music is to them, a "State of Mind" . Their influences are old school metal gods such as, Ronnie James Dio , Judas Priest , Black Sabbath , Queensryche , Iron Maiden , Pantera , Led Zeppelin etc.
The music is hard hitting and described as New Classic Metal. With the flavor of their influences guiding their way. The lyrics are written to describe ones State of Mind in any given situation, and to give those feelings an outlet other than addiction or suicide. They have lost two band members to addiction that resulted in death. RIP Scott and Brett.
They put out their first studio recording in 1995. A six song, self titled cassette recorded on the only ADAT machine in their area at that time. The latest CD was released in 2019 along with a music video released in Dec 2019. They are now composing new music for their second CD which will be titled “ Shattered ”, and working on another music video.

Florida's The Noctambulant have released their stunning video for "Hellrazor" via No Clean Singing. The song is from their upcoming album of the same name which will be released on March 5th. The song is the perfect representation of how the band has transformed from straightforward melodic black metal into an aesthetic more authentic to their southern Floridian roots.
Frontman E. Helvete commented “For me personally, this rebrand and music video was very personal. The video was shot on our family property, of which I”m the 4th generation to live here. I spent so many years trying to fit into the Scandanavian/European motif, that it started to feel disingenuous. So after our last album, The Cold and Formless Deep, the band and I decided to look at what makes us unique in the Black Metal landscape, and that is our origin. From the swamps and bayous of the south, we found a love of extreme metal tempered with our own brand and influences.”
MYRHOLT is Norwegian Black Metal. Nothing more, nothing less.
"Clearly if you do not know what pure original Norwegian black metal is and you are eager to learn about it, one priest: MYRHOLT, one gospel: “Sjelebot”!!!" @ Antichrist magazine
Within the world of grindcore, the modern era has given rise to many groups that bend, break, and destroy the typical mold in favor of something grander and stranger. This is precisely the arena in which Tampa, Florida-based experimental/technical blackened deathgrind unit Estuarine resides, eschewing the norm while remaining on the cutting edge with each new release.
The solo project of vocalist and multi-instrumentalist "Hydrus, Estuarine has evolved by leaps and bounds since the release of their debut 2013 self-titled album, Estuarine. With 2019's Wisdom of Silenus EP and 2018 full-length, Sic Erat Scriptum, garnering effusive praise from numerous sites and plenty of love from a wide range of extreme metal fans. Now in 2021, Estuarine strikes again with Nyarlathotep, a concise 8-song offering clocking in at just under 10 minutes that loosely flows together as one piece of music. Set for release on March 19th. Cover art for Nyarlathotep was created by The Lung Swarm Art (Torturous Inception, Ecliptic) and the effort was recorded, mixed, and mastered by longtime band collaborator Jamie Amos.
On Nyarlathotep, Estuarine has condensed their wide-ranging sound into small bites, all without losing a single element of what makes the project so special. Grindcore prides itself on brevity, yet nothing can prepare you for the sheer density and insanity that lies within this extremely short release.
Estuarine - Nyarlathotep will strongly appeal to fans of Cattle Decapitation, Cephalic Carnage, Lykathea Aflame, !T.O.O.H.!, Dripping, Gridlink, Napalm Death, Nile, Behemoth, Anaal Nathrakh, Discordance Axis, and Nails.
Today the band partnered with Metal Trenches to premiere a new single called "Prophecy Denial"

Metal Trenches comments
"Today we're premiering the latest track "Prophecy Denial" from the new 2021 Estuarine album/EP Nyarlathotep. Estuarine is a one-man experimental/technical blackened deathgrind project based out of Tampa, Florida. This follows a debut self-titled album in 2013, as well as 2018's excellent Sic Erat Scriptum and the follow up EP Wisdom Of Silenus in 2019. Nyarlathotep sees Estuarine only further tighten the project's sound with its very focused 10-minute runtime, creating one seamless piece of music broken into 8 brief movements; a concept album loosely based on H.P. Lovecraft's Nyarlathotep short story detailing the return of Nyarlathotep, the mediator between man and god who is responsible for earth's chaos."
