Been a while is Supreme Court's first release in more than 10 years. It also signifies Supreme Court's return to playing live after the not-so-active 2010s. The band regards Been a While clearly as its strongest effort so far.

The year 2004 SHADOWDREAM with the idea to explore various musical styles and genres, from NEOCLASSICAL, AMBIENT and finally JAZZ. This was the year while Rastko was still studying music theory in Music High School in Novi Sad, Serbia, prior to which he obtained a degree in violin. In December of 2005, first material DEMO '05 was released, limited to 33 hand numbered copies while the very next month, January of 2006, album SLAVA PERUNU was recorded and published. Soon after, in March of 2006 album BRATSTVO SMRTI, limited to 66 hand numbered copies, was issued. During the summer, Rastko received a degree in music theory and piano/flute at the Music High School. While based in Stockholm on his Master studies in Cinema, Rastko traveled to remote parts of Middle East and and South/Central America in order to learn more about their cultures and gather more inspiration for further work.
Blues badass turned metal maven, Lisa Mann - mastermind behind White Crone - pays homage to metal forefather, Ronnie James Dio on his birthday, with a cover of Rainbow's Stargazer.
Based out of Portland, Oregon, White Crone is the metal brainchild of award winning blues artist and bassist / vocalist Lisa Mann. Growing up in the mosh pits of the 80s, she was inspired by bands such as Iron Maiden, Mercyful Fate, Black Sabbath, Manowar, Dio and more. A mostly one-woman project, White Crone is a love letter to this grand era of metal, and a lyrical homage to mystical storytelling traditions of yore.
Never losing the blues swagger, White Crone delivers traditional heavy Metal, with traces of prog, proto & black - rounded out with classic Dickinsonian female vocals.All of this culminated in the debut album “The Poisoner”. “The Poisoner”will take you “back to the day.”
Lisa Mann comments: “I was inspired to write metal songs a few years ago, after hearing the band Ghost during the Grammy voting process. I taught myself to play guitar and drums in order to record at home. After I had tracked several songs in my spare time, it occured to me that other people might want to hear this music as well. So I hired a professional drummer (Larry London) to record in a real studio (Opal Studio, Portland OR), added Mehdi Farjami and Vinny Appice to some tracks, painstakingly tracked my own guitar parts, and voila, White Crone was born. As a well known Contemporary Blues artist, I knew it was risky to dive into the field of metal, but I felt the need to pursue this dream. I really just wanted to make an album that I would have listened to when I was 16!”
This heartfelt cover of the classic Rainbow track was mixed and mastered at Opal Studio by Kevin Hahn. Lisa Mann performs on vocals and bass guitar. The bass and keyboard tracks were recorded at home by Lisa and her husband Allen (Bass Salad Studio). Blues Rock artist Alastair Greene (Santa Barbara, CA) plays guitar on the track. On keyboards is Eric Lawrence. The legendary Vinny Appice fills out the Stargazer lineup on drums. .

Back from the blacked Abyss, this new musical entity veers to a different dark path from his past work. Instead, the material is influenced by all kinds of metal music and is hard to be automatically lumped into any certain genre. Along with their macabre music, a visual stage - show of horror is planned for live performances.
VINCENT CROWLEY is trying to bring back the feel of days of the underground that wasn't limited and constricted to one music genre. Fans of ACHERON, BLACK SABBATH, BATHORY, MERCYFUL FATE/KING DIAMOND, TROUBLE, CELTIC FROST, CANDLEMASS, and even DANZIG could all enjoy this new band.
“Beyond Acheron” was recorded at Sonic Lounge Studios with Joe Viers as a producer. This 8-track album has a dark sound, while maintaining a great production.
Lyrically, “Beyond Acheron” is conceptional album. It climbs the rungs of the latter of death. From beginning to end it takes the listener on a ghastly journey with somber tales of doom, casting a Poe-esque shadow.

Polish death metal legends VADER released their much acclaimed 15th full length, "Solitude In Madness," in 2020 and proved to the world that even after almost 40 years of existence they were still one of the leading forces within their genre ... and beyond. However, let's not forget that the year 2020 also marked the 25th anniversary of VADER's classic and much sought-after 2nd album "De Profundis" (1995), which hasn't been properly available in physical form in about two decades, although it's regarded by many fans as one of the best albums in the band's catalog.
But rejoice, VADER and NUCLEAR BLAST haven't forgotten about it and will re-release "De Profundis" fully remastered and on various formats, including its first ever appearance on vinyl, on July 30th, 2021!
Founding member Piotr "Peter" Wiwczarek comments:
"We re-recorded the album on analog tape to have that „analog feel” on the LP version. Everything sounds so much more dynamic now. All focus on vinyl, because „De Profundis” was NEVER released on that format before.”

Formed in 1983 in North Eastern Poland, VADER is one of the longest running bands in the history of extreme metal. Since their 1993 debut album, they became a major force in the death metal scene, touring relentlessly, with over 2,000 shows around the world and playing all metal festivals from Wacken to Hellfest and beyond. Their latest album "Solitude In Madness" (2020) climbed up to #2 in the National Polish album charts but their first breakthrough success already happened with their second album "De Profundis" in 1995.
VADER’s "De Profundis" was described at the time as "a perfect mixture of Slayer and Morbid Angel". Today, the album is considered a classic in the death metal scene. The new remastered reissue presents the album on vinyl for the first time ever.
