Godfrost is an industrial metal project from Tokyo, a solo project by Frost, the guitarist of the post-grunge/gothic metal band Gods of Decay.
Gods of Decay became popular, reaching number one on the Japanese iTunes chart, and Frost's new solo project is also drawing attention.
Frost said, I'm a Japanese musician, but I didn't want to play Japanese music. Because the bands that are active in Japan have the same atmosphere of being Japanese. Because we are all alike. That's why I'm trying to create an album with a personality that doesn't look like anyone else. I feel that the music of many musicians around the world resembles someone else. That's why I'm doing music that's unlike anyone else.
It's something that all the great artists I respect have in common. This album is a combination of my heavy guitar sounds with a focus also on digital sounds.
Overall, it has a dark world view. As a genre, it calls itself industrial metal, but it has a lot of other elements. This means that it is genre agnostic.
My aim is to create art that has never existed before, and that is my personality. It is characterized by dark, aggressive, beautiful melodies, and a fusion of digital and analog sounds. There will also be the heavy rock that Gods of Decay fans have come to expect. The album will include instrumental and acoustic songs.
And the guest musicians are my Gods of Decay member Yorke, who provided some great digital sound, and my trusty musician Kose will be showing off his amazing bass. Japanese shred guitarist living in Korea VI, he is an old friend of frost.
Also included are Luna Midnight, who sings the album's lead single, as well as talented new female vocalists such as Emilypemly and Sara.

This is Innocentia's first album. Welcome to our sci-fi thrash world!!
This is the first demo released by Juvenile Cirrhosis.
- Story
In the year 2222, repeated world wars, environmental destruction, and global warming had left the lands of the earth devastated and degraded.
The "sixth mass extinction" caused by people has accelerated, and this has also led to a significant decrease in the population on the planet.
Then, people built small dome-shaped cities called "Arkadia" to escape from the environment contaminated by radiation and other contaminants.
The people of Arkadia lived in AI-equipped luxury housing and had ample access to food, water, electricity, gas, and other necessities of life. Parks, amusement parks, and other recreational facilities were also built in there, providing places for many people to relax.
This seemed to enrich people's lives, but the gap rapidly widened between those who could and could not live in the luxury residential area of Arkadia.
Those who could not live in there were forced to live outside Arkadia which is a contaminated environment. They were called "outsiders" and lived in abandoned buildings and simple shelter-like houses. They were basically self-sufficient, but some went to Arkadia to work in the construction industry.
