Norwegian folk viking black masters Borknagar will release their new album "Winter Thrice" on January 22nd. The new album is the band´s tenth studio album and the follow up to their "Urd" album released in 2012.  "Winter Thrice was mixed and mastered at Fascination Street Studios in Örebro, Sweden and a video was made for the track "Winter Thrice". British one man death black doom metal band Abyssal will release a boxed set entitled "Perichoresis" on January 20th. The boxed set contains the three albums released by Abyssal up to date: "Denouement", "Novit enim Dominus qui sunt eius" and "Antikatastaseis". The boxed set release will contain two unreleased tracks and will be launched in cassette in a limited edition of 150 copies. "Perichoresis" will be released through Godz ov War Productions.
