On March 1997 pioneer band Venom released a box set entitled "The Second Coming" containing a live album with the show of the band´s classic line-up (Cronos on bass and vocals, Mantas on guitars, Abaddon on drums) in the 1996 edition of the Dynamo Open Air Festival. The band was reunited after almost a decade of not playing together: Cronos left Venom on 1987 and started his own band and Mantas and Abaddon continued with Demolition Man on bass and vocals for some albums. "The Second Coming" features the CD and a video with the concert and extras.

Symphonic black metal masters Dimmu Borgir will unleash their double-DVD/BluRay “Forces Of The Northern Night” on April 28th. The DVD includes two different live shows: a concert in Oslo showing Dimmu Borgir on stage with the Norwegian Radio Orchestra and a choir, and their entire performance at Wacken Open Air with almost 100 musicians in action. The band has released a trailer for the double DVD. Below you can check the trailer, as well as the tracklist for both shows.

"Darkside" is the second album by swedish black death metal band Necrophobic. Released on March 4th 1997, the album was the follow up to their debut "The Nocturnal Silence" and their 1996 EP "Spawned by Evil". The album was released through Quorthon´s Black Mark Prods. Here the band makes a good step forward in their sound that combines elements of both death metal and black metal. Tracks like "Nifelhel" or "Bloodthirst" are essential listening for this style. "Darkside" es el segundo álbum de esta banda sueca de black death metal band Necrophobic. Lanzado el 4 de marzo de 1997, el álbum era el sucesor de su debut "The Nocturnal Silence" y su EP de 1996 "Spawned by Evil".  El álbum fue lanzado en el sello de Quorthon (Bathory) Black Mark Prods.
