Drawing influence from Ulver, Dissection, Dark Funeral, Lord Belial, Gates of Ishtar, and The Black Dahlia Murder Gates of Mourning seeks to invoke the imagery of tormented souls, passionate longing and sorrow against a backdrop of the medieval woven through intricate, beautiful & somber melodies.
