Produced by Jonny Pettersson at Studio Unbound and mastered at Nevo Studios in Sundsvall, Sweden, Long Live The Rot continues ROTPIT’s tradition of delivering crushing riffs, putrid grooves, and some of the most vile vocals in the genre. The album’s visceral energy is reinforced by the grotesque and captivating hand-drawn cover artwork from Finnish underground artist T. Kannibalet Hietomma Art .

It’s been ten years since The Comancheros started rolling along the blacktop highways, under the star dusted skies, carrying their hard rocking anthems and heartfelt ballads from the cities to the deserts, the forests to the sea. Bringing cowboys to the bars and broken hearted ghosts to their campfire, the years have passed in moments since their journey began back in 2015. Then suddenly there was a decade in that rearview mirror, stretching out behind them in miles and stories, drinks and songs…

To celebrate the first ten years of an adventure which shows no signs of reaching an end, The Comancheros have compiled an album of tracks that demonstrate the heart-on-the-sleeve emotion of their music; as diverse as life and as dark as the longest nights, as honest as tears and proud in their own skin…defiant, unbreakable, rebellious to the last breath. A Decade In The Mirror brings together songs never released before in a physical format, limited edition EPs whose CD runs have long since sold out, rarities from split cassette editions and live tracks that have never been made available before. Every aspect of The Comancheros’ spirit in all its raw grit and glory, from the dancing riffs and ZZ Top boogie of ‘Crazy As Hell’ to the melancholy reflection in the shadow of the gallows of ‘Don’t Forget My Name’, the gentle balladry of ‘I Stare At Trains’ to the smooth melodies, hard guitars and exuberance of ‘We Own The Night’. Perhaps what permeates all The Comancheros music more than anything else, all of A Decade In The Mirror from the laidback Americana of  opener ‘The Day George Jones Died’ to the final whiskey salute of ‘If I Could Pick A Way To Go’ recorded live in Spain, is the untarnished honesty of expression that runs through it all like blood. Bringing together influences from southern rock, pure country and American folk ballads that stretch their roots deep into the past, The Comancheros have found their own definition of their unique sound – Heavy and Western – and that’s what you’ll find on A Decade In The Mirror.

HoneyBombs are a Rock/Metal band formed in Rome in 2012 from an idea by Alex Rotten. After lineup changes and several live shows throughout Italy, in 2016 the band recorded their debut album: “Wet Girls and Other Funny Tales“, co-produced, recorded, mixed and mastered at “Time Collapse Studio” in Rome by Riccardo Studer and Alessio Cattaneo. The album is composed of 11 pure and cheerful songs and carefree Rock’n’Roll with notable influences of solid and true Heavy Metal punk attitude.

The album was released by Sliptrick Records on April 13, 2017. The lineup for the first album was: Andrew Skid (vocals, backing vocals, piano and keyboards), Alex Rotten (guitar, lead guitar, backing vocals, screaming vocals and vocals on “Don’t Wanna Be Like Johnny“), Helias Marson (guitar, lead guitar and backing vocals), Steelblade (bass and backing vocals) and Fabulous Fab (drums). The debut album was played in Italian cities and was reviewed by many sites and a couple of interviews were released on web radio. The album had good success in Northern Europe, America, China and Japan.

But soon the lineup changed again…

The first to leave the band was Steelblade in 2018 and for many live shows Andrew Skid played bass while singing. Before long Luke Vanilla joined them for a new adventure. The second to leave the band was Fabulous Fab, who left to travel the world for work and was replaced by Mishman in 2019.

With his imprint, the band turned their sound towards metal. The third but not the last member to leave the band was Helias Marson, replaced by Simone Lanna in 2019 for a short time and then replaced in turn by Dottor Gain, an old friend of Andrew Skid who had played in a band several years ago.

Unfortunately, the covid pandemic in 2020 caused work problems for their drummer Mishman who had to change country due to work needs. So after various searches for a replacement, HoneyBombs define the new definitive lineup with Dany Cool on drums. From that moment on they immediately dedicated themselves to creating new songs for the second album and to reconsolidating the old songs, modifying the sound and some riffs. HoneyBombs start recording their second album in 2022: “There Is An Elephant In The Room” which will be released soon.
