El Monte, California thrash metal band Tormenter will release their second full length album entitled "Prophetic Deceiver" on October 21st. The album is the follow up to the band´s 2010 debut album "Pulse of Terror" and will be released through EBM Records. The band released in 2013 the EP "Phantom Time" containing five own compositions and a cover of Metallica´s "Motorbreath". "Prophetic Deceiver" will contain the following tracks:
