Portland, Oregon death black metal band CONDUIT OF CHAOS will release their debut album "Symptom of Man´s Failure" on June 16th. The band has also released a demo entitled "Only Death is Real" earlier this year. "Symptom of Man´s Failure" will be released independently and will feature ten tracks of pure death black metal.
