THIS DAY, IN 1987: KREATOR RELEASES "TERRIBLE CERTAINTY"

 


After two really intense albums, "Endless Pain" and "Pleasure to Kill" (one of the most influential thrash metal records of all time), german thrash metal masters KREATOR released their third album "Terrible Certainty". With a new line-up that included Jörg "Tritze" Trzebiatowski on guitars, the band shows a more polished approach to thrash with a more compaxt sound. The album includes classics like "Toxic Trace", "Behind the Mirror" and "As the World Burns". "Terrible Certainty" was recorded and mixed at Horus Studio, Hannover and was mastered at studio Nord, Bremen. The tracklist is as follows:
