On Teloorgang, Knekelput delivers extreme (black/death) metal with a wild variety of vocals, unexpected drum lines, and melodic riffing. Unusual time signatures and dissonant chords naturally blend into the music. The at times chaotic material is balanced with interludes including harp samples and didgeridoo. Knekelput always puts atmosphere first and experiment second. The mixing of Colin Marston (Krallice, Gorguts, The Thousand Caves Studio) guarantees a pleasant listening experience.
