Griefsoul's sound can be described as guitar-riff driven melodic death metal with an eerie melancholic twist. Most of the key influences for the music are mainly rooted in the 90's and 00's style metal. Lyrical themes range all the way from grief to hope, and the concept of limited time. Griefsoul was created by Emppu Kinnaslampi during autumn 2020 as a one man melodic death metal orchestra
