Bodybag Garibaldi is a one-man band project formed by Mauricio Mirapalheta, a Brazilian musician based in Kirkkonummi, Finland.

Drawing influences from bands such as Dying Fetus, Brujeria, Cannibal Corpse, Cryptopsy, and Pig Destroyer, Bodybag Garibaldi combines elements of death metal and grindcore, offering a mix of brutal intensity and groove. The band's music explores the dark and grotesque aspects of life, delivered with a tone that isn't overly serious but rather celebrates the darker side of existence. The lyrics often delve into themes of human perversion and critique religious fanaticism and extremism.
