This is Grief Prison: a depressing sludge project based both in London and Birmingham, UK. Drawing influences from Type O Negative, Crowbar, Neurosis, Acid Bath, Iron Monkey and Celtic Frost.

And So We Carry On is the 1st attempt at excreting an album's worth of anger, rage, sadness and alcoholic baggage. All for the purpose of creating something both ugly and pretty. A man-made disaster made beautiful through decay.
