Formed in 2019 by veterans of the Northwest Indiana punk, metal, hardcore, and grind scenes, Manifestations brings together a wealth of experience and a shared passion for extreme music. After weathering several lineup changes, the band solidified their core lineup in early 2022 with Jeff Page on vocals, Jason Urbanczyk and Chris Plant on guitars and backing vocals, Dan Griffith on drums, and the recent addition of permanent bassist Anthony Titus.
