PRESS RELEASE:

"Elegy Of Phantom Pain" is a concept album based on an ancient legend from Central Italy, it is a journey into the night between mysticism and blasphemy in the best tranditions of atmospheric Black Metal and Dungeon Synth.

Valadier's side project, APOSTATE finds its place amongst Italian acts such as Fearbringer, Dolcinian, L'Ordre Du Temple and Fourth Monarchy. The Norwegian roots of their sound branch out through the Italian soundscapes explored by the aforementioned pillars of the Italian Black Metal underground scene, providing new blood to a way of interpreting this music that went lost over the past two decades.

A little gem that Black Mass Prayers is proud to publish, giving a physical existence to a debut that otherwise could have been missed.
