BRACHMOND RELEASE "TANZ DER ELEMENTE"

On 11 September 2026, Brachmond release their new album "Tanz der Elemente" (Dance of the Elements): thirteen songs between medieval folk and metal.

It's about warriors on their final march to Valhalla ("Asgard", "Die Schlacht"), about sun and moon fighting a battle neither can win ("Schatten und Licht"), and about figures no one escapes – the executioner, the ferryman, and Death himself, asking for a dance ("Teufelstanz").

In between are the quieter songs. "Spiegelbild" is about the demons we make for ourselves, "Labyrinth" about finding your own path, "Wimpernschlag" about the fact that even the longest night ends eventually.

Musically the album moves from driving riffs to calm, atmospheric passages. The title track leads through fire, water, air and earth, and ends on a simple question: do you still know who you are?

Following their first singles in 2025, Brachmond now release "Tanz der Elemente", their second studio album, produced together with Reinhard von Wegen (KAFFKIEZ, Vroudenspil, Koenix, and more) on Hicktown Records ®.

Dark and driving, high-energy or folky – Brachmond stand for rousing, wide-ranging medieval rock and metal. Bagpipes and fiddle meet crushing electric guitars, while Irish bouzouki and flute broaden the sound of these seven musicians from the outskirts of Munich. The result is atmospheric music made for going wild, dancing and dreaming.

Brachmond have been winning over audiences with this formula for more than ten years – as regulars at Munich's legendary TANZT! festival and on stages large and small across Germany. Beyond their live shows, the band quickly found an audience among fans and radio stations alike.
