EXHAUSTER RELEASE "WOLFEN"

PRESS RELEASE:

Exhauster is an old-school French Thrash Metal band founded in 1989 in Sartrouville, Yvelines. After a long period of inactivity, the band reformed in late 2022 in the Poitiers region (Chauvigny).

The Early Years (1989–1996)

Influenced by pillars of the genre such as Testament, Coroner, and Exodus, the band scoured the Parisian underground scene in the early 1990s. During this period, they produced two standout demos:

1991: Enjoyment of Death

1992: No Way Back (which received a very warm reception in specialized fanzines and radio stations)

The project came to a halt in 1996.

The Rebirth (Since 2022)

After a 26-year hiatus, the idea of getting the machine back on track materialized in December 2022, driven by historical members joined by a new line-up. The band was reborn with raw energy and quickly rolled out new projects:

2023: Release of the transitional demo Even after Death and reissue of their early tracks.

Live Shows: The band actively returned to the stage, performing in over 60 concerts and festivals across Europe.

2026: Release of their studio album entitled Wolfen.
