A chaotic introduction called "Final War" let us into the world of Feeble Minded. A czech death metal band whose main feature are the powerful riffs in the more rhythmic Morbid Angel tradition. Another thing that caught my attention was the used of programmed drums which I think are a positive point for the band (insome bands this can be positive and in some negative depending on how they are used). I would like to point out that the riffs are carefully constructed and they are really far from the wall of noise that some bands of the style do in their fastest parts. Also there are some grind parts that sound really good and very...tidy? Yes !!. Tracks like "Miss Dissection" are a good example of what I said: Calculated rhythms and rotten vocals. The other band Limits of Nescient is a band that plays some death metal and uses some similar riffs, but in a different way than Feeble Minded, without abusing the speed also and prefering to create something more original than fast. It is a pity that they have split up. The sound of the Feeble Minded tracks is better than the Limits of Nescient, specially on the drums department that sounds quite hollow in the second band and really strong in the first one. Favorite tracks: "The Dying Landscape", "Alone" and "Dunia Di Tanganku". Contact: http://grodhaisn.cjb.net
