As one of the 1st Generation of Death Metal Bands. The legendary Deteriorot has been active since 1988 by the songwriter, guitarist/vocalist Paul Zavaleta. Pioneering the genre through the early 90's, and playing alongside other Death Metal bands in the same era as Entombed, Carcass, Obituary, Bolt Thrower, Immolation. One of the NJ True Death Metal Mainstays.
