CYBERPUNCH RELEASE DEBUT SINGLE: "RIDING WORMS"

Cyberpunch, a heavy, thrash, and gothic metal band from São Paulo founded in 2024, has just released its first single.

The band blends the epic influence of groups like Iron Maiden and Powerwolf with the weight and speed of bands such as Metallica and Megadeth, while also presenting a dark atmosphere strongly inspired by Rammstein.

The song Riding Worms showcases the band’s most epic side, mixing speed and melody both in the guitars and in the baritone vocals, which sets the band apart from the usual metal soundscape.

At first glance, the theme refers to the giant sandworms from the book Dune, but through metaphors it brings highly dramatic themes, philosophy, geopolitics, and class struggle.

Theatricality and stage presence have already become trademarks of the band, transporting the audience to Chromefall, the universe where their first album—scheduled for 2026—takes place. The band also has its own annual festival, Cyberfest, with guest bands, achieving a sold-out first edition at La Iglesia.
