''Blandede meninger og aforismer'' and its ambient sibling ''Blandede meninger og ambiens'' was created on classical guitar during the winter of 2020/2021.

The ambient version was recorded in early 2021 while the metal version was sporadically recorded between August 2022 and April 2023.

Vocals, guitars, bass, and keys recorded at Holand Gard.

Drums recorded at Øytun Studio.

Mixed and mastered by Jim-Ronny Lorentzen in Øytun Studio
